Sabrina stepped out of the front gate door thingy, and slammed it behind her. Recount of what had just happened...


Sabrina came home and found her boyfriend sitting on the sofa watching football. A greek commentator's voice blared out from the telly, and it didn't sound like he was happy.
"Hey babe." He said (in greek. the whole conversation is in greek, ok?)
"Hi."
"Come here."
She curled up next to him, and he stroked her hair.
"So what did you do today?" She asked. He didn't answer straight away.
"Oh, went to see the guys at the pub." Sabrina could tell that he wasn't telling th whole truth.
"All day? You don't seem that drunk."
"I didn't drink alot."
They sat in silence. He had stopped stroking her hair.
"So are you going to tell me the whole truth?" She asked after a while.
"Why should I? I don't have to tell you about everything I do!"
"No, you don't, you just don't have to lie to me!" The candles started to flicker.
"What makes you think I'm lying?"
"Oh, get a grip. You're not excatly James Bond, you know."
"Are you saying that I cheated on you?"
"Did you hear those words come out of my mouth?"
He spluttered for a while. Her energy drained out of her.
"There was another girl, wasn't there?" She asked quietly.
"No!"
That was the final straw.
"Get out!" She shrieked. "Get out, get out, before I make you!"
"I'd like to see you try." He said.
Her eyes narrowed.
"You wanna see how?" She asked softly, moving towards him, pantherine. Despite himself, he edged away.
"Yeah. I doubt you could."
"Wanna bet?" She lept forward, too fast for him to react, and grabbed him by the hair. The room began to smell of burnt hair. She held his face close to one of the candles. The flame began to grow, and tickled his nose. He yelped, and tried to pull his face away. But her grip was too stong. All of a sudden she yancked him up and threw him out of the window, which opened up onto a skip. That's where he fell. He didn't break anything, and came away from the encounter relatively unscathed (save for the burn on his nose which made him a laughing stock for months, and years after that).

She gave a shriek of fury and exasperation, furious at his cheek at cheating on her and ruffling her composure. It also meant she couldn't stay here. She could count on his keeping quiet (mostly because of the humiliation) but supposing some heard the argument and saw him fly out of the window.

She sighed, and packed the most important things to her in her Givinchy handbag, and left, slamming the front door behind her.

Archangel and Onyx, Shadow's eight year old twins, appeared in Athens.
"Arc!" Onyx said. "Where have you taken us NOW?"
"I dunno, you're the brains!" The two scowled at each other and decided to go and ask for directions.

Hearing the slamming of a door, the twins ran towards the sound to see a rather upset looking woman. They looked up at her.
"Hello miss." Onyx said politely. "Can you tell us where we are?"

Sabrina only answered because she asked so politely,
"Athens." Why bother ask why they didn't know? She began to turn away. Then stopped. Turned back.
"Did you hear anything coming from that apartment?" She pointed to her studio apartment.

Archangel and Onyx smiled politely and bowed as the strange girl turned to leave. As she turned back again and asked them if they had heard anything, the two girls nodded sheepishly.

"Right. Well, what kind of noises?" She asked.

"A lot of shouting..." Onyx said.
"Someone falling..." Archangel added.

"Eegh. Well, I broke up with my fiancée. Threw him out of the window. He-" She stopped, and looked down at her right hand. The biggest diamond was resting on her index finger. She slipped it off her hand, let it drop to the floor, and put her foot on it. When she drew it away, there was a little flattened silver circle in the pavement, and the diamond sitting free from the ring's encasement. She picked it up, and held it out to the twins.
"Don't tell the police just yet."
She bgan to walk away.

The twins looked at each other.
"We won't tell." They said in unison.

"Thanks." She tucked the diamond in Onyx's front pocket, and stepped out onto the street.
"Sabrina!" Someone called from across the street.
"Audrey? Rima? Omigod!" She ran across the street and into her sisters arms. She and Audrey winced slightly as they touched, not being used to each other's temperatures just yet. They restrained from anything spectacular, but Rima couldn't help but make a couple of hanging flowerpots overflow with exotic flowers. Audrey just had to create an ice ballerina for Sabrina, which could withstand the hottest temperatures. And out of Sabrina's fingertip came a little dancing flame, each a way of lettling out their excitement.

Archangel and Onyx looked at each other and decided it was best to leave the older women to their reunion. They started to turn to walk away.

Audrey saw them walk away, and realised that they weren't human. She crossed the street and stopped in front of them.
"Hi. Where are you from?"
Rima and Sabrina followed, Rima walking slightly behind Sabrina, who was more confident.

"A long way away." They said vaguely.
