The Second Battle Of The Grounds

Shadow sensed Voldemort, and her pacing grew faster and more desperate.

Natalie knew something was up, even though she didn't have a mark.
"It's happening...isn't it?" she muttered.

Groups of Death Eaters sprung out from every secret passageway in Hogwarts, shocking and scaring those who had remained inside for the battle.
A fight broke out and rippled across the whole of Hogwarts, curses flying in every which direction.
In the grounds things were getting out of hand, and a part of Hogwarts was on fire.
Yeah.
Rage.

Shadow could sense the goings on, and her rage boiled up inside her, along with her other side...

"Dude? You ok?" she asked, concerned.
She stood up, ready to catch Shadow if she fainted or something.

Shadow turned to Natalie, watching her through red eyes.

"I hate you." Holly spat at Voldemort, before turning to run and find Natalie.
Voldemort grinned evilly after her.

Natalie clapped her hands in front of Shadow's face.
"NO! NO! NO! Not here you don't..." she ordered...something she would never dare to do if Shadow was herself.

Shadow seemed to take absolutely no notice of Natalie.

Holly came to a sudden halt in front of the pair.
"Wha- why are you standing around talking!?! There's a WAR going on, in case you haven't noticed!"

((I'll be right back. Need to move the laptop...))

"WE ARE IN THE TOWER YOU NOOB! LOCKED IN!" Natalie yelled, "AND SHAD IS GOING DEMONIC!"

"Demonic?" Holly repeated, eyes wide, "APPARATE OUT!!"

Shadow looked around, sniffing the air to determine her next move.

((Sorry, I gotta leave. I'll talk to you both tomorrow))

"NAT? Apparate out, get you both out and we'll figure somethin out!" Holly yelled.

((KAAAAAAAAY byeeeeee ))

"YOU DON'T THINK WE'VE BOTH EFFING WELL TRIED THAT!?!?" Natalie screamed, whipping her wand out and pointing it at Shadow.
"Ok Shadow...you'll be fine...just-" Natalie sent a hex that was weak in power at Shadow, "just concentrate on the pretty lights."

"She's not an IDIOT in demon form!" Holly yelled and threw herself against the door, "It wont open, just FYI!"

"If I get her to concentrate...she won't go over to the dark places!" yelled Natalie, "And I'm not an idiot...I believe Shadow tried the door...and OF COURSE IT WON'T OPEN!"

A ghostly image of a raven flew through the wall as Shadow neatly dodged the hex. It landed on Natalie's shoulder.
"It's Raven." The demoness' voice echoed from the bird. "I'm here to help."

"Is that Raven?!" Holly called hopefully from the other side of the door, "Tell her there's a war goin on ... does she know?!"

Natalie sighed with relief.
"You know there is a war going on...like...obviously...but Shadow is going demonic..." said Natalie calmly.

"Oh...." Raven swore. "You need to break ehr concentration, quickly!"

Natalie smiled.
"THANK YOU...knew I was right..." said Natalie, lovingly slapping Shadow across the face as hard as she could.

Shadow had grabbed Natalie's hand before it made contact and threw her away. Raven had quickly taken to the air before flying down to Natalie.
"Remember at the lake, how she calmed you down! You need to do that."

"I...I...I don't remember..." Natalie said quietly, "What did I do?"
