The Second Battle Of The Grounds

"What's going on?" Holly demanded, shaking Natalie.

TELL ME! Natalie demanded.

No. Shadow said and closed her eyes so that Natalie couldn't see what was going on.

"Nat. Tell me or I'll hex you." Holly said.

Natalie looked at Holly.
"SHE WON'T F**KING WELL TELL ME! SHUT YOU GOB FOR A MINUTE! THERE ISN'T TIME FOR YOUR F**KING STUPID QUESTIONS!" yelled Natalie, trying to force Shadow to open her eyes with her mind.

Shadow refsused to open her eyes, and tried to shut Natalie out of her mind.

Natalie just would not let go of the connection.

Holly blinked.
"Well alright." she said slowly, "So ... If you could find out where she is instead of yelling at me ... that'd be appreciated."

Shadow's eyes flew open for a split second, and she saw someone approaching her before closing them again.

Holly hesitated before casting the 'L' charm on Natalie, allowing her to see into her mind.
Smart.

Natalie saw someone for that second...split second...
"Holly...you saw that right?" Natalie asked.

"I can see what you can see." Holly commented, proud of her magic.

"Yes...very good...now, who was that?" she asked Holly, "the person we just saw."

"Why are you asking me, you're the brains!" Holly reminded her.

"I couldn't see them properly," Natalie panicked, trying again to force Shadow to open her eyes.

"Does she realise we're trying to help her?" Holly asked suddenly, "Y'know what she's like."

"She does...." said Natalie, "she's just...panicking...she doesn't want us to know what's up..."

Shadow resisted, and finally managed to shut the connection.

Natalie tried to re-connect frantically.

"She closed it?!" Holly said, "How are we gonna find 'er now?!"

Shadow gritted her teeth, trying to concentrate on keeping the connection shut and not give in to the torture.

Natalie kept trying to re-open the connection...

Shadow blacked out completely, allowing her barriers to fall, but Natalie wouldn't be able to see.

"Think OUT LOUD!" Holly prompted, "I can't see anythin', I think my charm's failing and I hate silence!"

"She's out cold..." said Natalie, "She's...."
