Ilrune stands at about seven feet tall, which is round about two metres. He has a slightly more stocky build compared to the more slender and lithe part demons. He also has a slightly more tanned complexion rather than the deathly paleness, with a black tribal tattoo on his right cheekbone. His ears are pointed, the tips parting his snow white hair slightly. Reddish brown eyes look out from above high cheekbones. He stands proudly at all times, a sword on his hip. His usual clothes are comprised of a brown shirt covered by a dark grey leather armour vest slightly elongated at the back to protect the base of his spine. Along with this, black trousers, metal vambraces and greaves cover his forearms and shins and a light grey cloak hangs from his shoulders. His white hair reaches down past his shoulders, normally held back by a plait woven from the hair that would otherwise hand over his forehead. Finally, a simple circlet in the form of a plait of silvery metal sits on his head, proclaiming his rank.
Human form:
Ilrune's human form turns him into a slightly shorter version of himself, although his ears round themselves and his hair turns black. His eyes also turn a more brownish colour.
Full demon form:
Ilrune has yet to find his full demon form.
History:
Ilrune wasn't born as a part demon. He used to be known as 'The Wingless One', a Synari child adopted into the hearts of the Careen, the winged race that lives alongside the Synari in Synairn. He spent the first years of his life learning about diplomacy. He was officially adopted by the leader of the Careen race, named Crystal for her snowy wings. He was rumoured to be the one to take over from Crystal when her time came. Unfortunately, he got involved in a magical duel, resulting in his transport to Earth, whereupon, Shadow found him in the grounds of the Academy, trying to survive. The young demoness helped him through his school years until she was forced to depart out of fear of her life from people known as the Milita. Ilrune had learnt much from Shadow, including how to return to his home dimension, which he did.
However, this would lead to his downfall. He fought a losing battle alongside the Synari. Although the magical race won in the end, the casualties were many. Ilrune was dying. Left on the battlefield as a no-hope, he struggled to stay alive. He remembered something Shaow had told him. Just before leaving, Shadow had given him a vial of something black and a syringe. Use this when you are close to death and all you want is to live on. She had told him. Now he used it. A vial of demonic blood in his veins.
Ilrune managed to crawl into the protection of a nearby clump of trees before submitting to the pain of his transformation. The Careen found him, welcoming him back into their homes. They taught him to control himself as a part demon, accepting him as he was. years later, he decided to find the girl who had saved his life.
He found her, ruling over Aspheri. More precisely, he found her going demonic and tried to save her, using everything he knew. When nothing worked, he stepped back, and sang. It was an old song in Synairn, known as the 'Awakening of Worlds'. Through the song, he managed to bring her back.

Powers: Ilrune has the usual powers for a part demon, but he is not as experienced in their uses as his fellow half-bloods. He also has the same weaknesses.
Personality:
Ilrune believes in always repaying his debts. This was what drove him to find Shadow again. He used to long for the air when he was younger, but has accepted that his feet stay on the ground. He is very straightforward when he wants to be or when he is concerned or angry. Otherwise, he resorts to the roundabout language he learnt from the Synari. He avoids bloodshed after his narrow escape with death. Ilrun can also be exceedingly protective, but shy and enjoys studying and learning everything he can.
