Under Cover

Alba stumbled again but caught her footing and stood back up.

Shadow steadied Alba before concentrating hard, changing her appearence to resemble her human side.

"Cool," said Alba. Then the two headed towards the school gates which were, thankfully, still open.

Shadow followed Alba, even through the gates.

"I don't think you should come in," Alba told her, "They don't like strangers in the school. Especially when the sun's gone down."
She looked at the sky to feel the last rays of golden sunlight brush against her face. Her emerald green eyes glinted in the light. It could be dark in a few minutes. Better make the most of it.

Shadow shrugged.
"I'm looking for someone."

Alba wasnt suree it would work but, hey, what the hell. She strode through the gates, fiddling with the locket round her neck. In it were a photo of her parents and a poem her mother had written for her a long time ago. It said:

Shadow walked confidently through the gates, and her illusionnes icy blue eyes started to scan the grounds.

Mistletoe was also looking for someone. But then again, no-one in particular. Sigh. The gates were open, and she thought of making a run for it.
But before she could even move a muscle, she saw someone she recognised. Walking quickly towards them, she said quietly,
"Hullo."

Shadow, under the illusion of a nineteen year old girl with waist length black hair and icy blue eyes. She looked at Mistletoe and acted as if she didn't know her.

"You may look like a different person," Mistletoe said even quieter, "but you're still there somewhere. It's much to obvious if you ask me. You will have to work on acting differently."
"Don't look at me like that,' she added, "or we won't get anywhere."

"Who are you?" Shadow said, sounding scottish, rather than russian like she normally did.

"But... I'm sure I know you. I'm sure it was you, and you." She said, gesturing at the both of them. "I remember having to find you, I don't know when or why. Perhaps it was a dream..." She trailed offfff, looking cofuzzled.

Shadow looked poilitely puzzled and shrugged.

"I'm sorry, I'll just ..." Mistletoe was very confused.
"I'll leave." She finished lamely, and slipped out of the school gates. She didn't look back.

Shadow let out a silent sigh of relief.

((oyu know what, you go on without me. Im deadly bored of this topic (no offence) but euh... yeah))
