Appearance:
Regis is a tall boy for his age, standing by 1 meter and 65 centimeters (5'4"), and he weighs 60 kilograms (132 lbs). He has slick pitch black hair, falling in strands in front of his eyes most of the time. He has several white hairs, seen at the back of his head. There are also short white hairs on the edges of his hair. He has a slim face, and a normal nose, finishing in a small stub. His ears are hidden by his mass of hair. He has piercing brown eyes. His mouth is normal sized, and the color of his lips blend in easily with the colors of his skin. He has a barely noticeable scar, just right over his left eye, which seems of a more faint color than his right eye. His eyebrows are lean, and short.
Regis has a muscular body, even though it is lean. His shoulders are broad, and his veins and arteries are very noticeable on his arms. He has large hands, with fingers as long as the hand is. His nails are, for the most usual of times, not cut, and he keeps them growing. His arms are overall normally sized.
His legs are long, and that's why he is as tall as he is currently. They are muscled, and it shows well. His feet are big, and the bones connecting to his toes are also very noticeable, when they are not under the cover of socks. Regis has very well-formed calves.
Regis is not very picky, on the matter of clothing. But he is normally found wearing a large pair of black pants, and a long-sleeved royal blue shirt. He also has a white pair of shoes, with a black stripe running along them horizontally.

Powers:
Regis has the power of teleportation. Unlike the thoughts, teleportation is extremely hard to master. First, there are the restrictions of this ability. The first one, the most known, is that one cannot teleport to a place one hasn't been before, or does not see, or ave physical contact with. The second restriction, is that one cannot teleport into whole, solid objects. If one does so, it would do a disruption in the laws of physics, as a whole, solid object has no air inside, thus no space. If one tried to teleport into a location with no place, the disruption would be such that they would 'collide' with the object, as if they were hit by the object at enormous speed, mostly causing near fatal wounds to the teleporter. The third restriction, one that some teleporters seem to forget, is that teleporting by oneself is very easy, if not in contradiction with the first or second restriction, which would make it impossible, but a group teleportation, with other people, needs an amount of energy proportional to the mass of space the others take. The fourth restriction, that many of the teleporters forget, is that one cannot teleport, alone or in group, if one or the others have any plastic on their bodies at the moment of teleportation.
Then, there are the facts about this ability, that one seems to forget every once in a while. First, when teleporting with a previously gained momentum, the one will have the same amount of momentum after the teleportation. Second, emotions had when in the act of teleportation may change the area of the teleportation. Third, if the teleporter receives physical damage at the same time of the teleportation, the teleportation shall be limited to the direction where they wanted to go, but only as far as one can see. If they are mortally wounded, and that sharp pain is always constant, their teleportation restricts itself to their only sight. Fourth, the teleporter can change one's angle to make a different angle of teleportation at the end of the teleportation, knowing that the first fact shall be still under way, that the momentum is still under way, in the direction that the teleporter had before teleportation.

Personality: Regis is normally relaxed, except when he has found a reason for teleporting. He is pretty pacific, and he doesn't like to fight, but if he gets just too annoyed or has no other option than physical strength, he shall use it. He likes wandering around forests, because this keeps him calm.

On a tall, dark mountain, the trees shook gently with the cold breeze that the rain-filled clouds above came with. As thunder boomed, and lightning struck, droplets of water started to fall upon the ground.
I've seen everything I've wanted to see...
A figure stood in the rain, hands in pockets, getting drenched by the rain. It was looking over the cliff, dangerously close to the edge. It's hair dripped from the rain, and thunder boomed once more, coming from behind him. He tipped over the ledge, falling into nothingness. He spread his hands out wide, as he fell to his doom. He perceived the faint image of the ground below him.
I know everything a teleporter has to know...
Just before the figure reached the ground, it disappeared into a white blur. An instant later, it reappeared on the ground, but went upwards, seeming like the gravity had changed polarity. After falling upwards a few seconds, it began to fall again. It turned on itself, and caught itself feet first on the ground. Regis looked up at the sky.
I guess I can still amuse myself, while I still have my life to live.

Restrictions: i needed to put a lot of restrictions. Teleportation without it just gets too godmod after several posts. I might even add more, as I go.
