Announcement; New RP event!

Yes, because things are pretty dead here. And I'll try to keep this site up until Shadow's comeback.
So, anyways, here's the event: RP your character in a school as if he/she was young.
I would need minimum 3 participants for this.
The character you wish to RP is basically 12 to 18 years old. We shall transgress any physical / magical laws and just imagine they were all in one same school. Magical powers that the character has are kept and may be used. The only RP areas are the school and the homes of the said younger characters. You may also just invent some things that won't have any relative effect on the 'real' character you are RPing with, as long as it doesn't really change it. (Such as if I RPed with Tiell the Hemorrangel, I would give him the Hemorrangel powers even though he wouldn't be 15 yet...)
When we start, you may still join in by contacting me with a PM and telling me the character you wish to RP with. Oh, and, try to RP with an approximately human-looking character (Such as, I wouldn't RP with Val Keshra Intunosis, him being a Terax). It is, after all, a 'human' school with no knowledge of exterior beings.
Describe the younger character with a brief description (Whil, I'm talkin' to ya') of the clothes, height, weight, summary of the powers. Maybe the talents at certain things (Such as Maths or Chemistry) if you want. Physical appearance will be same as before, except for maybe a few things you can point out. I'll put up the timetable for your character to determine which classes it has. All you have to tell me are the languages your character studies (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, Arab, Russian - Greek and Latin are optional ; Up to 3 languages, 1 minimum (one must be the character's 'birth' language, most probably English since it is, after all, a generally English school)) and if you wish your character to have Saturday classes or not. Wednesdays are half-classes (and may go up to 1:00 PM) and Saturdays are half-classes (which only go up to 12:00 AM). Normal classes may go up to 7:00 PM.

JOINING;
-Copy'n'Paste ; Sither Moonspike (Mwahahaha) Age 15, wears a white long-sleeved chemise (unbuttoned at top and bottom), ample black trousers with dark gray converse, has two silver rings on the index and major fingers of his left hand, and a thin-chained necklace with a praying mantis curled up in a fetus-like position as an amulet. Measures about 1m63 (5'3" ft) and weighs 43 kg (93 lbs). He still has the power to morph into a praying mantis, and the only kuijin traits are the cuts at the forearms, at the knees, waist and shoulders, and the abnormally long bangs which reach the middle of his spine.

-Nyx ; Ilena Age 12. She has a ponytail and wears a school uniform, existing out of a white blouse, dark vest and skirt. The skirt has a dark red/bordeaux plaid pattern and falls a few centimeters above her knees. Her knee socks are dark grey and have horizontal, also of a deep red colour, stripes. The shoes that also come with the uniform are simple and black. She's 1m55, weight is 50kg.

-Shadow ; Shadow Roth Age 13, while she was still a part of the assassin guild. She tends to have her jet black hair, which normally hangs down to her waist, in a high ponytail, with a few locks hanging down to cover her right eye. She normally has black or blue kohl outlining her ice blue eyes. She usually wears loose jeans and a black hooded top. She has a silver coloured ring on a piece of black leather around her neck, and a silvery torque never leaves her upper left arm. She measures roughly 1m65 and weighs 45 kg. She retains her usual magic, although she never uses it unless no one's looking.
For languages, Shadow takes English, French and Russian, as well as taking advanced mathematics. She has Saturday classes.

-Whilaroo ; Diaes Diaes will be about 16 years old, weighing in at 52Kilograms (115pounds) and standing at 1.73meters (about 5'6"-7") He'll be wearing a flannel, long-sleeved, button-down shirt with a plaid pattern containing mostly variations of red, and a pair of loose, worn, denim jeans with a brown belt. A beaten up pair sneakers adorn his feet over top of a pair of ratty, white socks. His long, dark hair hangs about his shoulders, unfettered to where it falls about the middle of his rib cage. He has a small watch with a leather band, which he wears not on his left but instead his right hand. He generally has a large brown backpack with him. Diaes retains all his virtual omnipotence and the weaknesses to that power, but considering that school mostly takes place in the day, those abilities don't really come into play. He is stronger than he looks like he should be, and has a slightly mesmerizing gaze, but is otherwise human.

Anyways, now that our third character has come, we'll be able to commence.

(Begins Monday, 8:00 AM)

Just like a flock of clumsy pigeons which sought for warmth, the individuals gathered in a large herd. Most of them were the hens of the basse-cour, babbling on about subjects which had relevant meaning to them, except for the sake of just breaking the silence that the others wished for. A few students stood, alone, here and there, either not daring to join the conversation, or just had no intention whatsoever of doing so.
The fingers of the clock ticked as time crawled forwards. The crowd then clumped against the entrance's black gates as another, more dominant figure, stepped towards them. The air was frisky with the Winter temperature. Shackled coils of mist appeared in front of the students' mouths as they rasped and gasped towards the slowly opening gates.
The rabble then burst in like a bunch of crazy crack-brained lunatics, spreading around the school grounds. The more solitary ones waited for the rush to pass before entering themselves. Thick stone columns stuck out of the ground to support the inside grounds of the school, where not even the dim light that managed to pierce the layer of gloomy clouds succeed to enter. The students had little time to prepare themselves for the beginning of classes.
One of them, a sinister-looking boy with long raven black hair, swiftly slipped between other students and quickly got out of the fray, his loosened bag hanging over one shoulder and bobbing on his hip as he walked onwards. Thin fringes of the same coal black hair floated with the gentle breeze which slid past the students. He immediately aimed for the dark places: the inner grounds. Hauling his bag off of his shoulder and sliding it under a bench attached to the dirtied wall of the inner ground, he whipped out a well-sized tome from the bag and split it open at the middle. He rested his back against the cold wall, staring at the words printed on the thin pages of the book. His golden eyes flicked from left to right as he quickly read the lines which had been meticulously written by the author, and which earned the tome's fair popularity.

A black-haired girl seemed to seep from the shadows across the road, making her way towards the school. A few textbooks were balanced on her hip, lightening the load in the black bag hanging on one shoulder. Her icy eyes were outlined heavily with black liner, enhancing them on her pale face. She walked through the school gates after the main rush, making her way, head down, towards the place she normally waited in before the bell rang for the first hour. She consulted her timetable. Advanced mathematics. Fair enough, She thought to herself, settling herself on a bench and opening the maths book, starting to look at the first chapter.

A small pale hand nervously tugged at the dark rim of a rather stereotypical sort of school uniform vest. Quick was the glance she cast at her wristwatch. It already was eight. The class had started by now, as she knew the teacher all too well. An irritated growl passed her lips. The girl sighed heavily as she hastily paced through the, at least to her, intimidating black gates of the old school. How she disliked winter, it always came accompanied by an iciness that seemed to cut through all bare skin, mercilessly freezing her to the bone. How convenient, she sarcastically thought whilst an annoyed frown appeared on her face, of the school staff to choose for a uniform like this. Her figure was shaking all over from the cold; wearing a skirt during winter certainly was not a genius idea as the girl so evidently noticed. And it was not as if the knee socks helped even a slight bit. “Urgh, maths”, Ilena muttered to herself once she stopped in the middle of the playing ground, “and I can’t even remember what we did last week…” The young one carefully looked around, her ponytail freely waved around whenever she would make the slightest movement with her head. She couldn’t find her friends, who most likely were in class anyway. Other than some others who could afford to wait a bit longer, there wasn’t really anyone she knew. Too bad. She gazed at her watch again, for a second. Two hours of mathematics to start the week with. Death sentence, in her opinion. She repositioned her shoulder bag and then slowly stepped a bit further. Her own gentle blue eyes narrowed. That girl there… Ilena didn’t know her, but her ‘being’ tended to sometimes freak her out a little bit. Not that she would admit that aloud, of course. She suspected it was something in the air around the strange girl. A silent snicker filled the space momentarily. Ilena smiled, rolling her eyes at her own silliness. It obviously was still early morning. She always acted a bit stupid then. That reminded her of it. Eyes widened at the sudden revelation. "Oh NO", Ilena more or less yelled, a hand slapping her forehead, "Argh.. Why, WHY do I always forget my books!?" She just knew her bag wasn't heavy enough when she left the house. "Aw... He's going to kill me", she murmered groaningly. "Again."

The boy lifted his eyes ever so discreetly from the words he was reading, having furthered on into the story whilst a few minutes had passed. He shut the book close with one hand, and shoved quickly into his bag, before heaving it onto his shoulders. Casting one wary glance at both of his sides, he shoved his hands into his pockets and let himself walk in direction of the stairs which would then lead him up to the first hour of class. Others, students of various classes, preferred to stay outside for the longest time possible, because it would give them more time with their so-called friends. Brushing one fringe away from his eyes, the boy opened the wooden doors and entered the school, his footsteps gently echoing throughout the halls as he ascended the stairs. History today. World War II, he thought quickly. The teacher, last time, had told them to look over the lesson they had previously written, and he had done so with the utmost attention he could use. Everything had been committed to his memory, and he would be able to easily answer any kind of question about the lesson if ever someone had asked him.
Once arrived into the lit halls of the school, the boy slowly strode to the door of his classroom. Of course, as always, he was the first to be there. He fished another book from his bag, to give him a last-minute revision of the general events in this horrid war. Though he did not think positively of this, he didn't think of it negatively. Humans will always be the same. Conflict is in their nature.

The dark-haired girl looked at her watch, looking startled for a moment. She had never known mathematics to be so engaging as to make her miss the bell ringing. She stretched lazily, gathering her books and standing up. Looking warily from side to side, she vanished once she had assertained that there was no one around to see her.

She reappeared in a little alcove, stepping out and joining a flow of students heading up to their classes. It was a trick she had used before, and it would seem that no one knew about her yet. As calm as a lake on a bright summer's day, she headed for her classroom for advanced mathematics.

If a person was to walk through a particular corridor, that someone would see a small figure sitting on the ground before class 5-3. Ilena hopelessly stared at the bag in front of her. The teacher had kicked her out of class as soon as she muttered that she forgot her books yet another time. She pulled up her legs and laid her chin on her knees. Sitting there for two hours. That was going to feel like a such an incredibly long time… The girl listened to her own breathing, the faint unintelligent voices in her class. The hallway was completely empty. She rose after a while, deciding to entertain herself a little, and began to walk a bit further, looking into the classes as she passed the windows. It was funny, to observe the students. Some were sleeping, others desperately trying to answer. Then there were those teachers without any authority. And of course, their classes took complete advantage of that. Such scenes never ceased to amuse her. She smiled a bit, as she gradually walked further.

The boy had entered class since a few minutes, staying in the corner of the class as usual. The teacher babbled on about irrelevant details of the war, asking a few questions here and there, to which Sither replied with ease. His answers were nearly robotic, as if they had been pre-recorded. Sither noted down everything that he assumed to be of some value for the lesson, shaking the blue pen he held a few times because the ink wouldn't come out. When Sither wasn't writing, his hand fiddled with the amulet on his necklace, entwining it with his fingers. He kept the history book open at a precise page, where better information than the teacher could baffle was written in small black text. Small, precise images adorned the pages to go with the certain documents. Sither twisted his pen around his fingers in a dexterous manner, staring at the clock and watching the seconds go by. He let out a small sigh before staring down at his lesson again, adding things where he could.

The girl sighed in class, leaning her head on her hand. She wasn't really listening to the teacher, doodling on her paper. She twitched her head to one side as a pen whistled past her ear, smackng the kid behind him slap-bang between the eyes. She looked up at the teacher with a bored expression, not really listening to him banging on about her not paying attention.
Yeah, whatever, She thought to herself, Advanced maths after running around after a drug dealer all night is not a particularly good combination...

Time sure passes slowly when you're staring at the clock.
Sither grumbled, flicking his pen to and fro between his fingers, leaning his head on one hand. He barely listened to the teacher rambling on, focusing on the lesson. A few scribbles had been slashes onto the paper here and there, his pen soon running out of ink like all of the low-quality bics everyone used. And say that he had another hour of History just after this one. Maybe the school institute didn't think that two hours of non-stop boredom, first thing in the morning, at the beginning of the week wouldn't kill them. And then the language professors were surprised that the classes seemed so silent and monotone.
Sither preferred listening to two girls sitting not far away from him than to the teacher. They were hastily whispering to each other about people, times and events. As if conversations couldn't get more stereotypical, Sither mumbled within his mind, rolling his eyes. But he didn't have anything better to do, so he just discreetly oriented his attention towards the girls, pretending that he was listening to the teacher.

A cheerful humming resonated through the empty corridors. The young girl’s hair bobbed around as she joyfully walked through the corridors there. How much fun it was! All these people she could watch, and of course, no maths, which was an absolutely good thing. She licked her lips, stopping for a moment in the middle of the deserted place. “I wonder”, Ilena’s light voice strangely filled the space, “food…” A hand automatically sought the shoulder bag in an act of utter routine; however, as the apparent lack of bag screamed, she had obviously forgotten it there at the wall of her class. Her lips pulled back in a sneer. The young one’s small body turned around, walking back the same way she had taken. “Stupid.. I should have eaten a bit this morning”, she murmured almost inaudibly to herself. What not many people knew is that she had been living alone for the larger part of her life. And although the girl was still young, she knew very well it was not a ‘normal’ thing. Hence why she wouldn’t search any help. The pride that naturally was part of her somewhat caused that, on the other hand, she had observed those orphan homes. The prospect of being placed in another family was not an inviting one. Certainly not for one who had taken care of herself for as long as she could remember. It was sometimes difficult, with friends, but as long as she didn’t invite them ‘home’, everything went well. She sighed, not bothering any longer to try to take a glance in the different classrooms.

He bolted down the hall at a frightful speed, his feet making a noise that sounded to him somewhat like the pounding of horses hooves, then again, that might have been his heartbeat. When coach told you to be back quick, he meant it, and besides that, a pass to run in the halls was always a welcome sort of thing. The only thing Pleiadies found depressing was that if he tried anything fancy, he'd undoubtedly get in trouble for it... Oh well, keep running. It felt free, if nothing else. The speed was exhilarating, even if his heart was telling him that the pace was too much to keep up for as long as he had. And then he turned the corner, and there was a body in the way. If he had had breath to spare, the lad might have cursed, but as it was his lungs were desperately consuming all the oxygen that could be had. So instead he just moved to avoid, an act that, at his pace, was not something simple. It involved a slight turn, a twisted ankle, a collision with a wall, and rolling on the ground in pain. That coupled with the screaming of his lungs and the general spasmodic gasps for air left him immobilized and dumb. That is, beyond the ability to groan and take a glance at what had been the blur that he had jumped with the intent of dodging. It was a girl, what was she doing out of class? His second thought was that she was pretty short and that he probably could have hurtled her if she had ducked just a little. Then he rolled the wrong way and a roar of pain tore up through his leg all the way from his foot to his mouth, but came out more of a strangled croak mixed with a gulp.

The crash could be heard in the dark-haired girl's classroom, and the teacher immediately poked his head out of the door, going to the boy's aid. He was, inevitably, followed by his entire class. The girl took her usual place, a few metres away from her classmates, in the shadow of the wall.
"Hey! Shadow! You gonna disappear if you step in the light or something?" One of the boys jeered, but Shadow just ignored him, watching the boy on the ground. She knew how to heal him, both magically and the human way, but she kept quiet. No need to get herself into more trouble with her already annoying classmates. She glanced at the girl standing there, wondering if she had played a part in the boy's fall, or whether she had just been around at the time. With a sigh, Shadow delicately scratched below her eye, avoiding the thick kohl lines around her eyes.

Sither heard the astonishing crash which resonated through the walls of the classroom. Everyone was alert, for two main reasons: It was pretty loud for something in the middle of class hours, and, secondly, anything to miss a few minutes of class. The teacher walked to the door and opened it, before the students exited the room and joined the others. Sither rolled his eyes and stood up as well, but kept away from his other classmates, able to see that fallen man through a tight opening between two students. The teachers hurriedly pushed the students away. Sither's eyes narrowed as the face of this person became recognizable. That's one of them later years, he thought coldly, what the heck is he doing out here at this time?
Sither glanced at the other students of the different classes. He saw that most of them were younger than he was, and the one that stood out most, despite the chuckling morons up front, was a girl, standing alone, away from the other group. Huh, he thought, looks like I'm not the only solitary person here.
The teachers started to ask if the boy was alright, curling down next to him. Sither frowned at the student in the middle of the crowd. He doesn't look that injured... he wondered to himself. His golden eyes darted sideways, as he immediately sensed some ambiguous thought trouble him. There's nothing in this corridor. If he slipped, he would've already gotten back up. There's no immobile or invisible obstacle here. He quickly thought, before concluding, Someone's not at their place.

Everything happened way too fast for Ilena. One moment, she was simply wandering back to the class, the other she rapidly turned around in surprise as the sudden noisy sounds of someone running rather fast were registered in her mind. A short, high-pitched scream had erupted from the small figure as she was taken aback by the teen’s crash. For a seemingly everlasting instance, Ilena was frozen on the spot. Wide, shocked eyes stared to the other in pain. What would she do? What had just happened? She hesitantly lifted a shaking hand towards the fallen one in front of her. “I-I…, she stutteringly began, her voice breaking as she tried to speak through her obvious astonishment. Her head snapped to the closest class room as she could hear and see the people wondering about what happened in the corridor. They’d be here in no time. The outstretched hand was frantically recoiled, as if burned by an acid fire, and anxiously pulled to her chest together with the other one. A quick glance was cast towards the doors, before staring at the boy again. “I’m sorry”, she quietly muttered, impossible to pick up for the normal sense of hearing, then turned around and ran further through the hallway herself. She didn’t have anything to do with it. He hadn’t bumped into her; she hadn’t caused him to fall. The girl bit her lip and had a concerned expression as she sped up. Even her own mind screamed at her that she could lie better than that. Ilena hastily glanced backwards as she ran; it seemed a whole group had started to gather around him. Good, she thought. Once she had sprinted past another corner, she decided to stop for a moment, heavily breathing in while painful stings in her side made her double over.

Even through the pain, Pleiadies managed a little smile for the girl which he had managed to avoid maiming. But then another shock of pain drained the smile from his facial muscles and left only a pale, distorted visage. And then she was gone, hidden behind the crowd. Laughing children, and not necessarily the most pleasant laughs were they emitting, stood all about and a concerned teacher bent down close beside him. Questions began flooding down upon him then. Was he alright? Did anything feel broken? Who was he? What class was he in? They just kept coming. He answered, "No, I'm fine." The growl of pain that came when he leaned on the teacher's support sort of denied his claim. "Really, it's just a sprain," he tried to affirm, "It'll be perfectly alright." Then, when he was on his feet and there was the decision made to take him to the nurse for medical treatment, came the harder questions: what were you doing, why did you fall, what exactly happened? The answers were mechanical, "Yes, I know running is against the rules, but I was running and I fell. I was just trying to hurry on an errand for the coach in PE. No, it won't happen again. Yes I know someone else might have gotten hurt." And so on and so forth, after that it just sort of faded into the general responses to the same old stupid questions. And the amusement it had first held sort of just melted, but not because of the bore of the monotony or shame that he might have felt. It was the sudden presence of darkness when the second class showed up. A malignancy, he could feel it, not physically, not mentally, but in a way that science would describe as magically, if for no other reason than that it cannot explain the reaction. He did not turn to look at the person around which the shadowy thoughts seemed to cloud, nothing in him betrayed the new found knowledge, but he did file the feeling away for later thought. "Golden eyes," was the thought that slid into his mental folder...

Sither's senses seemed to scream at him for a mere moment. His eyes darted back to the boy who had now stood up, and then the two stares were locked. The questions died down as quickly as the amused groans and squeals did as the students walked back into class, and time seemed to lose a few of its legs as the stare became more intense. He had noticed the glint in the boy's eyes which betrayed his thoughts, and yet did not feel in the least uncomfortable. Space had seemed to stop spreading and moving just this instant where both of the eyes crossed for what felt like a second to others but an hour to the two. Sither's golden pupils were struck either with awe or interest, yet lacked any decent movement to insinuate that feeling. Before the arrow of the clock flicked a second time, Sither knew that the person had noticed something abnormal with him. Sither had yet to find observant people who would notice something wrong with him, and yet this boy, who he had only seen in the vast width of the school grounds from afar, had managed to see something deeper than what people would've sought. Even though one person was a step closer to knowing what he was, the kuijin did not shift, did not budge in discomfort. He knew exactly what that would give out as information. He kept the eye contact for as long as possible, until he frowned when the professor prodded him to get back into the class. Sither nodded quickly, before walking past the entrance of the door. He turned around to close it, before giving him one last glaring look, straight in the eye, and shutting the door.
Well well well, Sither thought to himself as he made his way to his seat, I knew the time would come.

Shadow folded her arms, thinking. There was something in the look on the face of the previously injured boy. Something she had often seen in the earthern corridors of the assassin guild. It was a rivalry look, as if they knew something to hold over the other. It put the young assassin slightly on edge to see it. She filed the thought away to think about later while she tailed along behind the rest of her classmates, heading back into the classroom.
The bell couldn't have rung soon enough, but the girl sighed, walking out of the classroom for the five-minute break between classes. She sat on a half wall in the corridor, mentally singing a song in her head, soon moving on to humming it quietly.

The girl leaned heavily against the wall. Her erratic breathing after the sprint had calmed down by now. She shook her head in an attempt at removing the slight haze in her mind that had merrily appeared out of nothing. It was strange. Was it right, of her, to run away? But more important, would he be alright? A frown emerged, together with these questions. The girl wasn’t exactly sure if she had acted righteously or not. The young one waited a while, breathing in deeply one other time, then quietly, on a mental cue, walked further. She was close to her class, luckily. Once she arrived there, she could hear how they were still whining about a specific kind of geometrical functions. Boring stuff, in other words. Ilena picked up her bag; it was still lying where she had previously left it. Good. Not that they could have stolen a lot. Except perhaps her food. Speaking of which… She swung the bag on her shoulder and went further, down the corridor. Apparently, the first hour was over. Only one other left, and then she’d be released of the torture that was mathematics. Sometimes, it seemed as if there simply wasn’t an end to the everlasting stream of functions and numbers. She pushed against the doors and hopped off the stairs that brought her outside, to the playing ground. The sweet smell of freshly made cookies slowly surrounded the girl as she took out the food while pacing impatiently towards one of the picnic tables. There Ilena carelessly threw the bag on the table, jumped on the wood and positioned herself comfortably next to her shoulder bag.

Diaes sat on the medical examination table, or, more specifically, on the strange papery substance that had been rolled over the table to keep it 'sterile' for any other possible patients. "If it isn't the young mister Yaega," the nurse's voice sounded from where she was closing the door on the teacher's aid which who had escorted him here, limping. "Oh, please, have I really been here so often that you remember my name?" his memory was beginning to count all the times that he had actually gone to this very office, and he realized perhaps it was enough to warrant a reputation. The nurse just gave him one of those significant looks that implies a semi-sarcastic tone and a definite affirmative. She bent down then to look at his foot, taking it gingerly in his hands. "Does anything feel broken?" she said as she began to gently prod at certain points. "No, it's probably just a sprained ank-HELL," the end of his sentence was cut off by a sudden curse as she twisted the foot just the wrong way. She gave him another one of those looks as he just sort of tried to express the pain in some way that ended up as him puffing his cheeks out and gritting his teeth. "I'll tell the coach that you'll be sitting out of the rest of class," she said easily as she walked over to the phone. Pleiadies pursed his lips and put on a vexed expression. "But I'll be able to make Religion, yes?" he asked in a distract tone. She glanced at him as she held the phone propped against her shoulder and gave a brief nod, "I'll have you fixed up in time for-" She broke off to speak into the receiver for a moment. When she was done with that, she fitted him with a cast, taking her time. She gave him some medication and an admonishment to tender the foot if he could, and to try and see if he couldn't extend the time between his next visit a little more. He smiled at that and hobbled off down the hall, he would have to go back out to the locker room to get his bags, but oh well, he now had a war story to tell...

Shadow catnapped through her second hour of maths. She wasn't bothered about understanding it. She was only there as a pretense after all. She always went through school in a sort of daze, not really listening to the teacher, but understanding enough to get through the regular tests that the teachers set, never appearing to be exeptionally bright, but just enough to not cause any concern nor attract any attention that would mean calling her 'parents'. Like they would want to in any case, the black-haired girl thought to herself. She lazily stretched, starting to solve the equations in front of her. Simple enough, she had been solving them under the eyes of Armen, her almost-father back in what she considered to be her home dimension of Synairn.
Her mind drifted a little, wondering what it would be like to actually attend school, and not just go through the pretense of going to school. There, she didn't have to bother about homework. She never did it and the Assassin Guild couldn't care less what she did at school as long as she still managed to get through all her set kills. Given that she could make a death look like a heart attack, she was very much in use when it came to the important killings, and also good at making the killings that involved a lot of running around before actually managing to catch the unwilling victim. She mentally thought of the list of people who's lives she would end that night, about the pile of photos and depressingly small files that would occupy her night.
She glanced at her watch. The bell would ring in a matter of seconds. She glanced at her timetable. History geography next. How exciting... or not as the case may be. Studying the french revolution was not one of the things she would have counted as the most fun of things to be doing when she could be getting some of what she considered to be real work done.

Thoughts of the boy seemed to fleet into Sither's mind as easily as the rat scuttles past on the wooden floor, leaving merely a trace except for a few unnerving feelings. They kept coming back like some sort of abstract boomerang, which Sither always tried to throw harder so that it would finally be out of sight. But, no, his train of thought curved and swerved, before returning to him. He decided that there truly was something awkward with this boy. He had only given him a glance, but his mantis senses never tricked him. That's why he had taken advanced mathematics and knew when something was right or wrong in a sense of logic. He couldn't get closer to the boy without seeming suspicious, especially that he had also given out a stare-off at the first encounter with the boy. Sither couldn't find a subtle way to find more about him without letting the boy noticing something even stranger with him.
Fortunately, before Sither's mind melted from overheat, the bell rang and it relaxed his thoughts in the least. It was 10:00 AM, and the students could afford a break from class, for a short quarter hour. Sither fit all of his History-Geography things inside his black fabric bag, zipping it up and heaving it on his shoulder again, crossing his arms and walking out of class as soon as the other students had disappeared from the entrance. Sither walked down the stairs as quietly as he could, before going down into the grounds, where several other students had already begun chatting and discussing about irrelevant things as they normally did. He walked to the inner grounds, into the darkness, before opening his book up again and sitting on one of the benches, resuming his reading.
