Deep in the Forest

Natalie looked down at Holly...

She gestured frantically for Holly to come up to safety.

"I NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOIN ON!" Holly whispered frantically.

Raven sighed.
"Ok, let's get Shadow out of here for now."

Shaeman lifted his sister up, she was now only semi conscious because of a drug that Vrael had injected into her, making his way towards the door.

Holly panicked and ended up closing her eyes in the hope Shaeman coulnt see her, instead of running away.

Natalie apparated down stairs, grabbed Holly, then apparated back up....so fast that she left her right eyebrow behind.

Raven opened the heavy door, and Shaeman walked out, Shadow carefully carried in his arms and Vrael taking up the rear. They trooped up the stairs and Raven heaved open another heavy door, lined with metal on the other side. Shaeman walked inside, returning without Shadow and Raven closed the door, locking it by magic.

Holly opened her eyes again.
"I dont like this!" she whispered to Natalie, "Lets go get Shad!"

"Holly...we need to hide first...so they think we've left...then we go get Shad..." whispered Natalie, dragging Holly to her room.

The three demons strode off, back downstairs to the chamber they had come from.

"WHA?" Holly said, but let herself be dragged.

"Stop yelling..." Natalie hissed, dragging Holly into a corner.

Natalie quickly used magic to tie bed sheets together.

"Look..." she whispered, dangling it out the window, "we are gonna climb out here...ok?"

Holly stared.
"Uhm.....nope.... Look, their Shadow's FAMILY, they cant be that bad!"

"Try them...." said Natalie, "Shadow is not like them!"

"Yeah I know, the twin of her's is a .... well Im not saying...." Holly said.

"I know..." said Natalie, beginning to climb out the window.

Hayley cleared her throat. "I went off to the toilet, come back to find you two gone and now your eloping without me?" she said, smiling, "What's going on?"

"THIS IS NOT THE TIME!" Holly hissed, and jumped out of the window.

"I'll tell you where to put your feet..." whispered Natalie.

The trio of demons were waiting down in the chamber quietly. Shadow was still in the room, pacing.

Natalie broke into Shadow's mind.

We'll come for you...

Shadow registered Natalie's message on a subconscious level, not really listening to it as her defenses built themselves back into place as she paced in a circle round the rather bare room.

Natalie sighed as she climbed down another inch.

Shadow was still pacing, and a low growl tickled the back of her throat until she stopped it quickly, concentrating on her emotions.

Natalie climbed down another couple of inches quickly.

"There's something wrong with Shadow..." she whimpered, feeling a slight change in her own emotions.

Shadow's pacing became agitated, and an age old limp started to become more pronounced.
