Demon

Fire licked the walls of the room when she blased in...
She held up her arms in a sign of signal...
"Order!" she yelled unable to control her agnger... a few demons blew up beside her...

Shadow looked round the corner, keeping herself hidden. She watched the strange girl with a slight fascination.

Alba followed Shadow and pressed herself against the wall. They had heard the screams and curses from outside the huge fortress. (if that's alright with every one...)

Shadow raised an eyebrow at the comapny, but turned her gaze back to the event.

"What's going on in there?" asked Alba who couldn't see past Shadow's head, "it sounds rough!"
She glanced down at her Swatch. It was a couple of minutes to midnight. Well, she hoped her watch was at the right time, because she didn't know if time differed between dimentiones. If it did, she was stuffed...

"Yes time does differ." Shadow said before she whacked her head off the wall.

"You need to work on your emotiones, coz they're gonna kill you one day..." said Alba staring at the whole in the wall that Shadowns head had made.

Shadow nodded, rubbung the charka gem between her eyebrows.
"No matter how much I tell them to, they still don't obey me."

Natalie walked in...then realising she wasn't a demon...walked out again.

((Ah...good way to get posts up...)

The womans head flicked over and she walked around the corner... her cloak billowing into the air....
"show yourself!" she ordered

Shadow sighed, stepping out of the shadows. She had an impassive expression on her face, clearly not intimidated by the woman.

The woman looked at her...
"I demand you little one to tell me your name..." this time her vouce softend but it still had its demand in there too.

Alba followed her, not sure whether to be scared or inspired by the woman infront of them.
"What are we doing here again?" she whispered into Shadows ear.

Holly walked in, wondered why she was there, and walked out again.

Alba put on a brave face and stepped out from the safety of "hiding behind Shadow, trying very hard not to be seen". Her piercing green eyes stared into the woman's ones.

"I am Shadow Roth." Shadow said, her glare challenging the woman. Shadow knew her status in the demon world, and she knew how to use it.

"I'm Alba Manticora," said Alba trying to hide the slight fear in her voice.

"Not really helping..." Shadow said under her breath.

"oh, sorry," murmured Alba, "I'l be quiet then."

The woman looked at her and sighed...
"Funny Ive been expecting you too..."

Shadow raised an eyebrow.
"And why is that?"

Huge question and exclamation marks were dancing around in Alba's head. She would have to get used to the people's foresight and foreknowledge in this place.

The woman smiled at the two...
"It seems you two have a little part to play in my domination..."

Shadow's violet eyes narrowed.
"How exactly." She asked suspiciously.

Now, Alba couldn't keep it in any longer (no, nothing to do with farting). She stepped forwards and said:
"Why did you bring us here?"
