"I don't do that." Shadow said.

Alba stayed in Manticore form, just to be on the safe side.

"Are you willing to put your friend's life on that?" bella asked her..

"Leave her out of this." Shadow snapped.

"She's part of what we see too... she is as involved as you are..." Bella told shadow, a smrk on her face

Alba growled, she didn't like the word "involved". She didn't know what it was doing in that sentence. She had never asked for anything to happen.

"Humans don't belong in the prophecies of demons." Shadow said, her tone dangerous.

Alba felt like saying "but im not completely human" but held her toung.

"She is no human... She has magical properties... some that she doesn't know of some that she does... either way she is involved"

"She still doesn't belong with the demons." Shadow said with authority.

"I beg to differ" Bella told her

Shadow glowered, her death glare having developped so much since she had been dealing with demons. It was now downright terrifying.

Bella smiled at her rage...
"i knwo you wont react Shadow, I have you and you know it..."

"I don't react because I don't kill." Shadow said.

Alba glanced at Shadow. She knew that look well enough. It was the "f**k off" look she gave anyone who was annoying her. Oh yes, Alba knew it well. (lol )

Shadow had the look of a very angry wolf with it's hackles raised.

Bella turned around to them,
"Follow me..." she commanded although it was a command it was still polite and not threatening. She knew what Shadow alone was capible of, she wasn't going to challenege that.

Shadow wasn't happy, but she followed, her cloak billowing out majestically behind her.

Bella turned when she got to her throne,
"you could rule here beside me in my kingdom, all you have to do is play a part in creating it." she told Shadow, not looking at Alba. She then turned to Alba, "You will be able to control what happens up there.." she flicked her head up signalling to the non magical world, "when we start to rule. In a way you will have control over all humans, all i want is the demons."

Shadow's lips curled into a snarl.
"You want us as mere puppets!"

"WQhat do you mean? I want you as mere colleges.. Isn't that ehat you want Shadow? To be equal with everyone?"

Shadow fell silent, too many thoughts racing through her head.

Bellas lips tightened, "Good, now we've gotton over this particular milestone ill ask you again... you will have to swear loyality to me before I tell you any of the plan."

"I bow down to no one." Shadow hissed.

"Im not asking you to bow down..." she whispered, her chest heaving she was getting angry now.
