Natalie also slipped into a silent sleep.

Merlas and Midnight remained awake, keeping an eye on their surroundings.

Natalie slept quietly.

Midnight yawned quietly, looking around.

Natalie opened her eyes silently, staring into the questionable sea.

Star nuzzled Natalie's hair gently.

Natalie smiled.
"You've come a long way..." she commented in a whispered

Star snorted softly, laying his head on her shoulder.

Natalie smiled, fading to sleep again.

Natalie sighed in her sleep, as she dreamt of better times.

Shadow woke up, and gripped Merlas' mane tightly until she recognised her bearings again. The mare nudged her owner gently.

Natalie woke up silently, and watched Shadow through completely closed eyes.

Shadow cried quietly into Merlas' mane, the mare doing her best to comfort her.

Natalie stood up, and walked around the huddle until she was standing over Shadow.

Shadow looked up at at Natalie, her head on one sie.

"You're worried, aren't you?" she Natalie softly, sitting down beside Shadow and crossing her legs, "you are afraid you won't see your sister alive again."

Shadow nodded slowly, playing with Merlas' mane again.

"Then I cannot stop you from letting your feeling out...just don't over do it, yeah?" said Natalie softly, "I don't wanna have to comfort you, and then have to hurt you by doing that thing I do when you go all...demonic."

Shadow nodded again.
"Merlas won't let me do that." She said softly.

"Thats good...I'm going to leave you alone for a bit...ok...to think things over...I'm going to prepare to bring Raven back...I need to build up energy...if you need me, open the mind connection...Ok?" said Natalie.

Shadow nodded, and as Natalie walked away, let out her last breath.

Natalie turned back.
"Shadow?" she said.

Merlas nickered worridly.

"She's...no...NO!" Natalie yelled, looking away from Shadow.
"She cannot be..." whispered Natalie.
