The Secret

"Ah...Ok..." said Natalie quietly.

"She won't come until dark." Archangel said, trying to think.

"Well that doesn't give us long to hide." Holly said, checking the sky.

Archangel grabbed Holly and dragged her into the kitchen.
"We should be ok here."

"Unless she gets hungry." Holly said, trying not to smile.

Archangel shook her head.

"Just sayin." Holly said, looking out into the main room, "I hope she gets here soon, I'm hungry."

Natalie tutted slightly.
Then she mini-sicked...
Then she sat down...

Holly cringed at what Natalie had just done.
The dorty chile'.
As we 'Nor'n'ers' would say.

Natalie looked at Holly.
"Ever tried to use Scottish money in england? There is nothing more tense in life..." she commented.

"Shut up about Michael McIntyre!" Holly AND Hannah shouted.

"Fine then!" snapped Natalie, "I'll just shut up! Then you'll see what it'd be like if I WAS dead."

Archangel held her breath as her sensitive hearing picked up movement in the ventilation system above.

"Blah blah blah." Holly muttered, glancing upwards too.

Archangel listened carefully as she heard the sound of screws being unscrewed, and metal scraping against metal. Shadow dropped down through the hole left by the ventilation grill, landing on silent feet. She carried herself differently, wary. Her whole face was covered by a black mask, with one slanted eye-hole. THe only indication that it was indeed Shadow was the purple and white hair cascading down her back.
