The holy land.

A tall figure stood on the edge of the holy city. A vast city, with lots of buildings, as any other city has. But, this city wasn't like the others. It was holy. It was Jerusalem.
The tall figure shivered slightly, with the brisk air brought by the elegant wind. The clad against-the-sunlight silhouette brushed his hair to make it up straight, making few strands of hair stick out as he did so. His dark cloak flapped gently with the faint breeze. The figure stood tall, hands on hips, folded, large sheet of paper in left hand. There was a shine emanating from the left arm of this figure. It then stretched his arms upwards, and took one step forwards, into the light.
Vladimir's blue eyes glinted in the sunlight. It was a hot day, today, but the wind that was brought was slightly under this warm temperature. Vladimir patted his cloak, sending dust off it.
"Ah, finally," he said, folding out the sheet of paper, showing a large map, "After losing myself three times (first time, he had the map upside down, second time, he mistook a location for another, the third time, he was just too lazy to look at the map), I finally got to Jerusalem!"
Vladimir looked out into the horizon. Now, remember, Vladimir, you're here because of that book, in that library. You woke up on this holy book, and you don't know why, but it was open on a page where it was written, 'Holy artifacts'. But I still wonder why I believed my intuition. I mean, it has nothing to do with me, right?
But why did I wake up there? On that page? What had happened before? Vladimir grasped his left arm. And this glove... What is it? Why do I have it? Why won't it come off?
Was it really a hallucination? He felt a sort of tickling sensation in his body. He frowned. He took more steps forwards, entering Jerusalem. Now that I'm here, I better find that holy relic.

Two figures appeared in the city of Jerusalem, not far from where Vladimir stood. The black haired girl looked around, trying to figure out where on Earth they were.
"Arc? Where are we now?" She sighed.

Vladimir jumped quickly when he saw the girl appear beside him. He put his arms up to his face in instant protection. But as he recognized who it was, he lowered his leg and caught his balance again, standing up straight. He looked awkwardly at the two, before he could react. Then, he felt something explode in his mind. Very quickly, he pointed out a finger, pointing at the two entities.
"Them!" he yelled out.

The two girls turned around, taking in Vladimir. Archangel's eyes widened, whereas Onyx facepalmed. The twins spoke in unison.
"Oh no! Not him!"

Vladimir put a hand up to his face. "And I thought my day couldn't get worse..." he said, quietly, to himself. He then put his hands on his hips, actually liking that he was taller than the two. "What are you doing here?!" he asked, looking around.

"I don't know, ask her!" Onyx said, gesturing angrily to Archangel.
"Hey! You were navigating!" Archangel retorted.

Vladimir just stared wide-eyed at the two. "So if I recall correctly," Vladimir said, choosing his words patiently, "You gals mean that you found me here with the same luck as you did back then in the desert? That's just plain outrageous."
Vladimir then tried to think about the current situation. "So, you've been sent by someone else again?" he asked, remembering back then.

Onyx rolled her eyes.
"No, we just decided Jerusalem was just a nice spot to be. Of course we're not here on purpose you dimwit!"
Archangel sighed.
"I just teleported from Synairn, nuthin to do with me!"

Vladimir rolled his eyes. He then sighed loudly. He looked up at the two girls through the many strips of hair that fell down from his hair onto his forehead. His blue eyes glimmered in the shadows of his hair. He then shook his head, standing up again. "Well," he began, "Can't help you with that. And, come to think of it, neither can you. For now, you're stuck with me, and I'm stuck with you. And, according to me, that'll lead to very bad situations."

"You're telling me," Onyx muttered under her breath. Archangel rubbed the back of her head as she felt a twinge of pain from a memory, notably the memory of her little (big) knock to the back of the head on a helicopter.

Vladimir sighed, looking up at the lit sky. "Well," he began, looking down at the two, "While you gals are at it, you could help me here. It would actually be of use, and I don't think it's that complicated to do", he said, turning his head sideways, to face Jerusalem.

"Ok, who needs beating up?" Archangel said eagerly.
"Peace, Arc," Onyx murmured to her sister before turning to Vladimir. "Ok, we'll help you. Not like we have much else to do."

"Well," Vladimir said, opening his eyes fully and smiling at the two, "Looks like we're going to have some work." Vladimir tried to explain. "You see, I woke up in this library, on this certain book, opened at a certain page. This page was open on 'Holy Artifacts', and I thought that it was weird that I woke up on this page because I'm not religious, and that I woke up in this library because I didn't go to it myself in the first place. I'm having some suppositions about myself, ya see. I'm trying to find holy water." Vladimir looked at the two.
"Yeah, I know it's far-fetched."

Both the demons paled.
"Holy... Water?" Onyx asked, her voice squeaking slightly in fear.

"Yeah," Vladimir said, lifting one eyebrow at the two, "I've got some doubts on what I really am, after really thinking about it."
Vladimir then got slightly worried by the reflexes of the two. "What's wrong? I mean, it's just a flask of water, really. I'm not religious. I'm just saying that I've got some doubts. And seeing that you two are demons, I think I've reasons now to have doubts on myself."

"Er... you don't really get it, do you?" Archangel said skeptically.
"Demons are 'evil' creatures, and therefore it will kills us..." Onyx explained.

Vladimir blinked several times. "Oh yeah, that never occured to me," he said, putting one finger on his chin. He looked at the two. "Well, you're in deep.... Wait, it'll kill you even if you approach it? I mean, the flask is glass, so if you find it, you can just take it and hand it over to me."

Onyx thought for a moment,
"Wait, yes, we can touch it if it's like, in a flask."

"Yeah, exactly, that's what I had in mind all along," Vladimir said, smiling, looking at the two therough the shadows presented by the fallen strips of hair. His blue eyes glimmered slowly. He looked at the inside of Jerusalem. "Only problem," Vladimir began, frowning ever so slightly, "Is that we have to find the thing."

"SHould be easy enough," Onyx said.
"Yeah, we can smell that stuff a mile off," Archangel added, shuddering.

"Well, the better for me," Vladimir said, smiling. He took one step forwards, then stopped again. He thought about something. Jerusalem rang a bell. He heard about it a lot in the news. What did the reporter say again? Jerusalem... Jerusalem...
Far away, an explosion was heard. Then few screams, and then silence again. Jerusalem is a city under war. Vladimir gulped.

Archangel and Onyx looked towards the explosions, but they seemingly weren't affected by the strangeness of them. But then again, they were related to Raven and did spend a lot of time under the same roof. However, they both jumped when another part demon appeared, flicking her dark red hair out of her red eyes.
"Neku!" The twins said, Onyx in despair and Archangel in delight.

Vladimir opened his eyes wide. "Oh no, not another one!" he said, out loud, pulling aback. Already that these two are enough... Neku? I'm starting to get used to these awkward names... "How did you find us?" he asked, desperate to know where all these demons came from, and if this was luck again, and wanting to know if others were coming after him.

Neku looked up at Vladimir, already calculating pranking ideas in her head.
"I tracked Archangel," Neku said simply, her five year old eyes happy. Onyx was hitting her head off a wall not far away, muttering to herself in demonic.

Simple enough, Vladimir thought. He rolled his eyes, then looked at Archangel. Geez, she's a mazochist alright. What's wrong with Neku? She doesn't look that offensive to me. He looked back at Neku. "Are any others coming, or at least, any others you are conscious of?" he asked.
