A couple of new things to take into account

Ok, given the new introduction of the Council, there are new things to take into account.

Firstly, characters are no longer just accepted by the High Priest ess or the Consort, they're accepted by the Council. This may take longer, but I think it'll work better in the long run.

Secondly, we now have 'The Hunter' or the 'Angel of Vengence'. This character is NOT controlled by the Council, but can be put in use by the Council. Here's how it works:
Player 1 doesn't agree with a character, doesn't think he/she works on the site or is a powerplayer/godmod. Player 1 then sends a message to one of the people on the Council, using the form in the sticky thread (it's at the top, in other words). If the complaint is correctly justified, then the owner of the character gets a warning. Upon the third warning for one character, the Council votes in a concealed thread before sending in The Hunter.
The Hunter will open a thread in The Hunter's Den, and the owner of the character is allowed six posts in the fight to the death. After that, the character is pulled from the game and not allowed to played for a period of a month, during which, if Player two still wants to play the character, then he/she must rewrite the bio.

Thirdly, and lastly for now, suggestions for the site can be posted in the High Council board using the proposed form in the sticky thread.
