Deep in the Forest

The demon was being held in a cell next to the one they stood in currently.

"Perhaps she is in the next cell..." Natalie suggested.

"Where's that?" Holly asked, "Lets check it out."

"Through this door..." said Natalie, unlocking it with her wand and waiting for the others.

"Okaaay......" Holly said, and followed.

Natalie walked into the next cell.

"Shadddoow's demonic haaaalf..." Holly called coaxingly.

Natalie frowned.

"Ok...we need to split up..." she said, keeping her wand up.

"Okay," Holly sasid nervously, "I'll go this way..."

Natalie went the opposite way.

"Hey...you picked the lighter path...." Natalie said Holly...though she probably couldn't hear her.

Holly glanced in and out of cells, looking for Shadow.

Natalie looked too...in her darker half...she had to light her wand.

Holly lit her wand. It was ALSO DARK in her part.

((BLAH!))

Natalie searched and searched desperately.

Holly did also.
Sheeee was the smartest.

((No comment...))

Natalie searched also...equally as hard.

((*ahem*!))

Holly forgot what they were looking for.
Oh yeah.
Thats right.

Natalie grinned.

((FINE!)

Holly wondered why Natalie was grinning at a time like this.

Natalie was grinning back she sensed Shadow near.

Holly doubled back, pushed Natalie over and found Shadow all on her own.

Natalie got up, shrugged, and went to Shadow's aid.

Holly followed.

Natalie looked at Shadow.

Alba felt a tugging sensation inside her. She knew it well. Oh sh*t were the last words to go through her mind before the Manticore took over her trail of thoughts. Her emerald green eyes twinkled as her phisical form morphed to match her current state of mind.
She suddenly pounced into the Ministers with an alwighty roar. She moved with superhuman speed and agility but the wizards encanted a rapid spell and dissapeared. Alba was left to snap at thin air and tumble to the stone floor, morphing back to her human half and trembling with the loss of energy the unexpected apearance of the Manticore had led to. She lay on the marble floor, cursing her Manticore half and hugging herself to try anf stop the trembling.
