Deep in the Forest

Hayley bit her lip, as she appeared suddenly, behnid them. "It took me quite a while to climb out of the window..." she said absent-mindedly. "What's the plan then? Can we get her?"

"We don't know..." Natalie replied.

"Im waitin' for Nat to think of one." Holly said.

Hayley chuckled quietly.

Ok, I'll do it.

*ahem*

We all went and had dinner, Shadow excused herself, Natalie and Holly were directed to rooms for the night, something went on in rec-emo (a very strong chamber for emotional recovery...), and now Holly and Natalie are devising a plan to rescue Shadow who is in a different room now while they go and deal with 'visitors' who have yet to arrive.

"Plan?" Hayley asked Natalie hopefully. Nat was the smart one of the three.

Riiiiiiiiiiiight... well... euh, where was I for all of this time???
Oh well, here goes...

Alba woke in a sweat. She was breathing hard and fast after the nightmare. Images of blood and screaming still filled her mind. She tried to relax and stop trembling, closing her eyes. She quickly opened them again to try and get rid of the image she had glimpsed. The uncontrolable want to kill. The screaming... and the photo of her parent she treasured in the locket around her neck along with a poem her mother had written once, slowly floating to the blood stained carpet.
Tears of fear and dread ran down her face as she suppressed a sob.
What am I becoming...

"Ok..." said Natalie, making her mind up, "what we'll do is...sneak in the back way and surprise attack them..."

Shadow sensed Alba's emotions, and strode over to the door. She tried to open it, but failed. Then she tried to kick it down, but hopped away, cursing under her breath as she nursed the foot she had kicked with.

Natalie began to walked quickly to the back of the house.

Holly followed Natalie, unable to do anything else.

Alba sat up, unable to go back to sleep. The nightmare had left her restles and scared. She stood up and went to find her shoes. After having put them on, she opened the door and walked out onto a long corridor.

Shadow paced the room again, the limp still getting worse. She was agitated, and without her knowing, her magic began to snake out of her as it normally did when she wasn't keeping her emotions in check.

"Naaaat! Wait for Holly! I run slow!" Holly whispered loudly (?), running after Natalie to the back of something. *scrolls up* The back of the house.

Natalie sighed and slowed down a bit.

"Keep up slow-coach..." she sighed.

Shadow scowled, growling at herself.

"WHATS THE PLAN THOUGH!?" Holly whined, "IM SO CONFUSED! WOULD YOU TELL ME PLEEEEASE!?"

Alba walked down the corridor, unsure if she should be there. The house was huge and she wondered if she could ever get back to her room in this darkness. It wasn't too dark, but dark enough for a shadow on the wall to look like a door and a for a person to easily miss a turning. Alba decided to go and look for Shadow. She didn't know where she was, but she needed someone to talk to. Someone who could understand what she was going through...

Shadow roared in frustration and lashed out at the wall, the resulting thud echoing throughout the house.

Alba jumped. What was that? It seemed to have been comming from every direction. Alba closed her eyes to listen and identified where the sound was comming from.
She opened her eyes, and strode down the hall to find Shadow.

Shadow was now watching a few broken knuckles heal, trying to get her emotions back under control again. She heard footsteps outside as she hit the wall again.

Alba jumped at the noise.
"Shadow?" she asked, edging closer to the door, "are you in there?"

Shadow jumped at the sound.
"Alba?"
