The Evil Topic In Which Anything Could Happen

Archangel and Onyx jogged after Holly.

Natalie walked.

"What...what has she been doing?" Natalie asked, "Is she ok?"

"Nosey," Holly commented, looking at the map.

"I'm not...I'm only asking because I haven't seen or heard from either you or Shadow in a long time...and I assumed the adventures you went on were...you know...a two person job." said Natalie quietly.

"Ah ha .... " Holly muttered, staring at the map, "Yeah, everyone loves it...."

"Well, she hasn't been well." Onyx said quietly.

"How so?" Holly asked, looking up sharply.

Natalie looked at Onyx.
"How so?" she asked, disturbed by this.

"She keeps throwing up." Archangel replied. Onyx nodde din agreement.

Holly choked on nothing and fell down.

Natalie went green.
"I see..." she said quietly.

"What does it mean?" Archangel asked.

Holly opened her mouth and then closed it again.
"Uh ... I dunno ... " she said awkwardly, "Nothing, I'm sure ...."

Archangel and Onyx looked at Holly with pleading eyes.

"Uh..... Nat?" Holly asked hopefully, "Wanna talk to the kids? No? Okay then .... Uh, why don't you ask your mum to come here, and she can tell you ... or even better, I can talk to her! Yes?"

"She keeps yelling at us when we ask..." Onyx said sadly.

"I'll give her somethin' to yell about." Holly muttered, "Look, would you go find her pleeeease? Tell her Holly needs her and it's an emergency."

The twins looked at each other, scared, but vanished.

They reappeared a few minutes later with a pale, ill looking and angry Shadow.

"Hallo!" Holly said, arms folded, "Something you'd like to share with us? Me especially? Being your BESTIE and all?"

"And what do you mean by that?" Shadow spat at Holly.

Natalie appeared.
"Shadow," she said calmly, "are you ok? Because your girls, as well as Holly and I, are very worried about you."

SHadow glared at Natalie.
"You have no need to be." She said icily.

"Yes I do...look at you Shadow...I have one question...are you...or are you not...with child once again?" Natalie asked in the same calm voice.

"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TELL US!" Holly yelled.

Natalie thumped Holly softly.
