"Better...sort of..." said Natalie, feeling the baby kick.
"Um...has the baby ever kicked before?" Natalie asked, pointing to her tummy.

"I dunno," Holly said shrugging, "I feel like it's a boy though, they don't kick do they?"

Natalie smacked her head with her hand.
"Yes...they do kick...all babies kick Holly..." sighed Natalie.

"ALL of them?" Holly asked, "Weeeird...."

"Yes." Shadow muttered.

"Indeed...get me a cup of tea...will you Holly?" asked Natalie.

Shadow curled into a tighter ball, dozing off again.

"Fine," Holly mumbled, and indeed summoned one and passed it to Natalie.
"Happy?"

Shadow slipped into a deeper sleep.

Natalie smiled at Shadow.

Natalie smiled at Shadow as she sipped her tea.
"Thanks Hols..." said Natalie, smiling.

"Yes.....drink the tea ...." Holly said grinning evilly. She did not add that she had put a special potion in it that would stop Natalie complaining.
"Where's Shad?" Holly asked after a moment.

"Asleep...this tea is really good..." said Natalie

"Yeah...... Yeah it is ..." Holly said, mentally applauding herself.

Natalie looked at Holly.
"So...how's your foster...people?" Natalie asked.

"Meh." Holly said shrugging, "Same old ... yours?"

Archangel stayed awake to keep watch while Onyx curled up next to her mother as a wolf cub.

"They look cute together." Holly commented, nodding towards the Roths, "Don't they Nerdalie?"

"I...you don't know...do you? I never told you...they're dead..." said Natalie quietly, "my parents and sister...died at the hands of Voldemort and his followers a while ago....and yes Holly...they do look cute together"

"You told me that you noob-cheese." Holly commented.

"Then why did you ask?" Natalie asked.

"I dunna...." Holly said shrugging, "Moving on ... What shall we do to keep our spirits up?"

"I dunno...we can't duel...we can't go on brooms...you hate learning...ok...lets play cards then..." suggested Natalie.

"Way-hey, easy tiger, we know the party animal you are...." Holly said sarcastically, but she obediently dealt out the cards. She ALWAYS won. Especially at Cheat, cause she's awesome at that. Yeah.
