Deep in the Forest

Holly shrugged and opened the door.
"OUT OF MY WAY!" she yelled unnecessarily.

Natalie walked through the crowds.

"Stay close..." she said.

"Bit late," Holly remarked from halfway across the room.

Alba grabbed Vrael's arm and pulled him after her, soas they wouldn't get separated by the crowd. There were so many people that she found it hard to keep up with the rest and a few times they were lost from view completely, within the throng of magicians.

Holly doubled back for Natalie, and pulled her across the room.

Vrael smiled at Alba before making his way through the throng. Ravens strode at the head of the group, making their way towards the elevators.

Natalie almost fell as she was dragged rudely by Holly.

Alba crammed into one of the lifts with the rest of the group. The elivator was small and stuffy and Alba found it harder to breath. Was it the fact that she was slightly clostrophobic, or was it Vrael's slim body pressed against hers? Sha didn't know.

When the lift doors opened in the department of mysteries, Raven literally fell out, but scrambled back to her feet.

Alba moved out of the way so the rest of the gang could pile out behind her. She looked around and say a series of long corridors heading off in different diectiones.
"Where do we go now?"

Raven looked around.
"Hm... Let's try that one." She said, pointing to a tunnel with a danger sign on it.

"Of all the doors," Holly muttered, falling out of the elevator after them.

"True...like Holly's idea..." said Natalie.

"Thankssss," Holly hissed, for no reason.

"what's with the snakyness?" Natalie asked Holly.

"Dunnae," Holly said shrugging, "Come on Charlieee......we're on a bridge Charlieeee....."

"Yeah Chaaaaarlie...we're going on an adventuuure..." said Natalie in an annoying voice.

"Shut up." Raven said, starting to walk down the tunnel.

"Okay Charliieeee," Holly said following her down the tunnel.

Natalie smiled slightly as she walked after them.

Hayley followed, quietly. "Is Shadow still in the...mind connection thingy?" she asked Natalie.

"Yes...I feel she is still there..." said Natalie, frowning slightly.

Raven continued down the corridor, following the very distant sound of shouting.

"You hear that?" Holly asked Nat, a little scared.

Alba shivered. She hated the sound of shouting. The sound of torture. She could hear screams in a strange language she didn't recognise. It could have been chinese, hindu or just gibberish. She couldn't have made the differance to save her life.
