Cackles Academy for Witches (Shadow and Natalie)

Natalie put the young twins into a shielding bubble, then ran to the aid of the other demons.
"HELLO! WAKE UP! HERE I AM! NATALIE PATTERSON! THE VAMPIRE!"

Kar, in the background, was chuckling to himself.
"The children were right. They cannot hear, see, feel or sense you."

"BUT YOU CAN!" Natalie yelled at him, "WHAT DO YOU WANT? ANYTHING! ANYTHING TO SAVE THEM!"

"What I want is already in motion." Kar said. "Soon, this dimension will fall to its knees before me, and once I complete the ritual, I will be all powerful once more."

"There has to be something more you want....I'll do anything at all if you spare them...I'll be your slave for the next five hundred years...I am eternal.." said Natalie calmly.

"There is nothing." Kar said.

"THERE HAS TO BE!" Natalie growled, and the walls of the place shook slightly.

Kar rolled his eyes and clapped once. All the demons except Archangel, Onyx and Shadow disappeared.

Natalie screamed.
"NO!" Natalie shouted, "WHERE ARE THEY?!?!?!??!"

"Dispersed around the world." Kar said simply as Shadow, still under his control, walked over to stand next to her father.

Natalie slapped Shadow across the face, tears of rage streaming from her eyes.
"YOU ARE NOT HIS! YOU ARE MINE! NATALIE PATTERSON AND HOLLY BRISTOLS BEST FRIEND! WE NEED YOU!"

"She will not and can not hear you." Kar said boredly. "She is further under my command than her snivilling children."

Natalie looked at the children.
"DO SOMETHING!" she screeched, "CAN YOU DO ANYTHING?!"

The twins looked absolutely terrified, confused and bewildered to the point that was crying and Archangel was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown.

Natalie turned back to Kar.
"SEE WHAT YOU DO?! YOU MAKE ME MAKE CHILDREN CRY!"

Kar looked rather bored at this statement.
"They are no concern of mine, the cowardly scum."

"THEY ARE CHILDREN!" yelled Natalie, "THEY ARE CHILDREN WHOM SHOULD BE WITH THERE MOTHER NOW!"

"No, her mother belongs here, at my side until I can complete the ritual that started the day she was conceived." Kar said.

"She is not happy with you as her father..." said Natalie quietly.

"She has no choice in the matter." Kar said in a final tone. "Now, you are anooying me. Begone."

"NEVER!" yelled Natalie.

Kar looked at Shadow, who bowed slightly and walked over to Natalie.

"She won't do anything to me..." said Natalie, breaking silently into Shadow's mine.
No Shadow...you are not his...no...listen to me Shadow.

Natalie's mind was greeted with a death like silence as Shadow reached out to touch Natalie.

Natalie didn't not move.
Come on Shadow...please...it's me...Natalie...
