Cackles Academy for Witches (Shadow and Natalie)

Natalie set more strands of hair on fire.
"I'M DYING SHADOW!" yelled Natalie, "DYING!"

Shadow had regained control over her demonic side, but she couldn't get loose from her bonds, no matter how hard she tried.

Natalie pointed her wand at the ground in front of her, hair still alight. A ring of fire separated Natalie from Shadow.
"I TOLD YOU I'D DIE FOR YOU! WELL HERE IT IS!" Natalie yelled, "I MAY DIE HERE! I DON'T CARE, AS LONG AS I HAVE SAVED YOU!"

"NAT! STOP!" Shadow yelled, desperately trying to wrench herself free from the ropes of darkness.

Natalie paused, and waited, still surrounded by fire.

The ropes refused to relinquish their hold over Shadow. Kar watched her futile efforts as if it were a well performed play.

Natalie's eyes grew black.
"I'm....thirsty....Shadow..." she said in a low voice unlike her own, "he....smells....so...good...I might..."
Natalie walked throught the fire, which hardly even touch her, and looked at Kar with wonder.
"You're blood...YOU'RE BLOOD!" Natalie screamed in the same evil voice, jumping at him and latching onto his neck.

Kar grabbed Natalie by the neck and threw her down.

Natalie felt her leg break under her as through the cave was heard a sickly crack, but she still writhed on the floor, searching for the scent of blood.

Shadow yelled something in demonic and the ropes let her go. She knelt beside Natalie, and held out her wrist.

Natalie gasped, and did not bite...she couldn't...
"Weak...so weak..." she gasped.

SHadow grabbed a vial from her belt and gave it to Natalie, hoping it would help her.

The vial just slipped out of Natalie's hands. The fire was hurting her in ways she could not express. It was the most painful thing that she had ever felt...
Natalie just lay on her back, gasping and shaking.
"Shadow...this...is...where...I....leave you....look...after....Tomorrow..." she gasped.

"Not in a million years." Shadow growled, pouring the contents of the vial into her friend's mouth and doing her best to extinguish the flames.

Natalie gasped as she felt the blood go down.
She burning feeling that surrounded her did not leave.

Shadow bit her lip.
"What can I do?" She asked desperately.

"Get...out...of....here....I'll...be...fine...I just need....to...compose...myself..." Natalie gasped, trying to sound dignified.

"Nat, just tell me." Shadow growled.

"I...don't....know...!" Natalie said in a pained, "it's going away...a bit...now..."

Shadow picked Natalie up and ran before Kar could see her plans.

Natalie looked up at Shadow.
"Where...are...we...gonna....go?" she asked.

"Anywhere." Shadow said, not breaking her stride.

"Your...leg...is...broken how can you......walk....so....fast?" Natalie asked.

Shadow was actually sprinting, but never mind.
"I don't know. I guess I healed it somehow." She said.

"Indeed...probably..." said Natalie.
