Cackles Academy for Witches (Shadow and Natalie)

"What about Jamie...?" said Natalie desperately.

"He's strong enough." Shadow said.

"But he loves you...more than anything in the world..." said Natalie quickly.

"And he's strong enough to live on without me." Shadow insisted.

"He isn't..." said Natalie, "not without your love..."

"He is. He lived while I was away in Synairn." Shadow said, and swallowed the clear liquid.

"On gawd...this is not good..." said Natalie, shiaking slightly.

Shadow gasped, dropping the empty vial. It shattered on the ground as Shadow fell to her knees clutching her throat.

Natalie ran to Shadow, panicking, she looked at Shadow with trembling hands and legs.

Shadow was breathing hoarsly, trembling with the burning sensation that the water left in its wake.

((Ok, I'll be on at about 6 your time.))

"SHADOW! POINT TO WHERE THE ANTIDOTE IS!" Natalie yelled frantically.

"Why... whould I... Do that?" Shadow gasped, as spasms ripped through her muscles.

Natalie looked up and down the shelves frantically.

"Antidotes and fixings for half humans," said Natalie, picking up the book and raffling through it frantically.

Shadow was curled into a tight ball on the ground, trembling with the effort of trying not to scream.

Natalie found the page.

"Ok...Monkshood....beazor...capnip....um....and...poppy seed..." she Natalie, taking the ingredients according to the book off her shelf.

She shovered them in an empty vial and shook it as the recipe told her to, and then kneeled down and rolled Shadow over.

She gently opened Shadow's mouth and tipped the contense of the vial inside.

Shadow only saw visions of her memory, and she spat out the potion Natalie tried to give her.

Natalie tried again...but this time she closed Shadow's mouth with her hand and kept it there when she tipped it in.

Shadow struggled against Natalie, trying to pull away.

Natalie didn't let go....

Shadow screamed, clutching her head. The sound was muffled by Natalie's hand, but it didn't stop the burning of the water reaching her brain.

Natalie let go.

She pointed her wand at Shadow.

"UNIMPOISON NIVONARDIA!" Natalie screamed, and a jet of silver light came out of her wand.

Shadow was hit by the jet of magic, and lay still.

Natalie kneeled down and tapped Shadow sharply on the head.

"YOU ALIVE?!" she asked loudly.

No reply.

Natalie threw some water over Shadow (non Holy)
