Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

Holly bit her lip.
"Can you help 'er?" she asked Armen, eyes wide.

Armen nodded, lifting Shadow up easily, as if she weighed nothing.

Holly stood up in somewhat admiration.
"Y'dont say much..." she said, jumping from foot to foot, "I talk too much when Im scared though....like now."

Armen just looked at Holly before striding off with Shadow, up to the surface.

"Okay then." Holly said, and hurried after them, not wanting to be left behind.

Armen strode up to the habitation levels, and into one room. It was dusty, but recognisable as Arella's old room.

Holly followed, looking around.
"Arella's old room." she commented for no reason. She had seen this in a memory. And if she hadnt ... shhh.

Armen laid SHadow on the bed and started to check her breathing.

Holly sat on a free part of the bed, and watched silently. Until-
"Well?"

Armen poured a potion down her throat.
"She's ok."

Holly nodded.
"Good...." she commented, watching Shadow carefully, "Thanks..."

"She used up more energy than her body could spare." Armen explained.

"To protect me..." Holly finished quietly.

Armen nodded.

Holly swallowed.
"Well thanks....D'ya know they're makin' her go demonic? The Senator people...?"

Armen nodded.
"Yes, it's their 'course'. They provoke her and Allyssianne has to fight the possession."

"It's torture." Holly said, "If its torture for me to watch .... 'magine what its like for Shad...."

"I don't agree either." Armen said, sitting down next to the girl.

((Afternoon Jenni ))

Holly nodded.
"You could help me change the Senators minds." she suggested, "And make them let Shad and me go."

Armen shook his head.
"That's not likely to happen." He said.

Holly was silent for a moment, thinking.
"Oh...." she said after a minute, finally beaten.

Armen sighed.
"It is supposed to be helping her, but I often wonder if it is only making the problem worse..."

"It probably is!" Holly said earnestly, "They're probably all evil! And just wanna make her life miserable cause they're horrible sick sick people!"

"That is not true, because they honestly believe that they are helping her." Armen said.

"Well we have to make them see they aint." Holly said, as if it were simple.
