Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

"Hey Hol." Shadow said.

Holly jumped to the side instantly afraid.
"Oh....hi...." she said, trying to keep her dignity.

Shadow smiled.
"This can come in handy I suppose." She said, flexing her wings.

Holly smiled weakly.
"Maybe....." she said, "Now ... whats the plan Chief?"

The wings drooped.
"I don't know."

"I have to think of the plan?" Holly asked worriedly, "Okaay...."

Shadow smiled slightly.

"I vote we....... go find Riley and force him into telling us." Holly said.

"Good enough plan." Shadow said.

"Really?" Holly asked, "YAY!"

Shadow smiled.
"Ok, where is he then..."

"Probably a strip club." Holly said conversationally, "Or Charms class."

"Lets try Charms." Shadow said.

"Aw....I wanted to go to a ..... never mind," Holly said, and led the way.

Shadow shook her head, saying something in demonic while she followed Holly.

Holly snorted.
"He's probably failing." Holly said, loving that she hated him.

Shadow smiled.
"May I remind you that if it haden't been for Nat, you would also have failed?"

Holly shrugged.
"Yeah, but I didnt so YAY!"
They had reached the Charms corridor, and Holly stayed outside.

Shadow stayed with Holly.
"You'd better go in. I'd cause a heart attack."

"For Riley? Would that be so bad....?" Holly said said only half joking, and she opened the door.
"Flitwick, Riley Farthing is needed in Dumbledore's office." she said in her sweetest im-a-good-girl voice.

Shadow tried to stop a snort of laughter.

Flitwick nodded, waving Riley out of the classroom.

Riley looked a little nervous, but obediently followed Holly out. The second the door was closed he said, "I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!"
"Oops." Holly said.

Shadow was leaning against the wall, her arms folded and a scowl on her face.

Riley looked from Holly to Shadow, and perhaps realised that he was unarmed.
He went to run, but Holly stuck out her foot and he sprawled onto the ground.
"WHAT? WHAT DO YOU WANT?"
"How do we get rid of those?" Holly asked, pointing to Shadow's wings and putting her foot on Riley's chest.

"Holly, we don't. Mcgonnagle couldn't do anything, I could ask Flitwick after class, but I don't think he's gonna know." Shadow pointed out.
