Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

"It'll do," Holly said shrugging, "Let's go back to WartHogs ... I mean ... You know what I mean .... "

(Nat has an alternative to Holly's fatness...)

Shadow nodded and teleported them.

"Thank you," Holly said, smiling lazily as she looked around the familiar Hogwarts, "You are so awesome y'know ... I don't give you enough credit for that .... You is my best friend buddy.... Yup ..."
That's called a mood swing.

Shadow raised an eyebrow at Holly before teleporting her up to the hospital wing.

"Best EVER actually," Holly said thoughtfully, and she didn't even notice the scene change.

Shadow guided her friend to a bed, and sat down next to her.

"I don't think I've felt this way before," Holly commented, "Yup ... you and me buddy, we'll go on for YEEEEARS, I imagine we'll live together and all ... yep .... me and you Shad ... against the world Shad ... always Shad ... y'know Shad?"
She sat on the bed and looked at her expectantly.

"Yes Holly." Shadow said patiently.

"Aw, you're so nice to me," Holly said shaking her head happily, "Is that why I picked you? Thank you for coming with me to this hospital by the way, no one else would do that, you're special you are... Reeeeal special....."
She sat back on her bed to ponder.

Shadow sat with her friend silently, trying to think of a way to help her.

"An' you listen' me and all," Holly yawned, "This whole 'baby' thing's taken away all my sarkyness .... I'm a nice person now....."
And she fell asleep.

Shadow never thought she'd see the day when Holly fell asleep in mid ramble, but she was secretly glad.

Holly's frantic brain finally rested.

Madam Pomfrey wandered over absently.
"Hi .... is she dead?" she asked casually, pointing at Holly.

"No, pregnant." Shadow corrected Madame Pomfrey.

"Same thing," Madam Pomfrey said shrugging, "It's too late ... I'll talk to you later Sylvie ...."
And she drifted off.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN NEXT!?!
Only one person knew.
And she was NOT in Ireland.

Shadow leant back in her chair, contemplating the ceiling.

Meanwhile, the ceiling contemplated Shadow.
"Bit strange isn't she?" one tile asked another.
"Rather." the other added.

Arnold the fly watched from the corner, wondering if she should make herself known to Shadow.

Shadow drifted off to sleep, tired out.

Arnold figured it was safe to buzz over, and she did so, and landed on Shadow's nose, looking at her interestedly.

Meanwhile Holly dreamed of Pete Wentz.
And chocolate.
And Pete Wentz ....
Eating chocolate...

Shadow flicked Arnold off her nose.

Arnold screamed and slid down Shadow's face.
"WELL THAT'S RUDE!" she yelled, and turned away sadly, "YOU TRY TO BE NICE TO SOMEONE! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO TELL YOU I'M PREGNANT TOO! BUT NOW I'M NOT GOING TO BOTHER!"

Shadow was still asleep.

Arnold sighed and buzzed onto Holly's nose instead.
"Stop it Madam Pomfrey..." Holly muttered tiredly, "I'm too sleepy...."
She opened one eye.
"Oh, it's you."
"I'M PREGNANT!" Arnold screamed, making Holly jump up suddenly.

Shadow opened one eye.
"Shup."
