Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

"When?" Holly asked irritated, "Would you just go now!"
"IM ASKING MY BOSS IF I CAN!" Bond said, and closed his eyes, concentrating.

Evil paced around Shadow, thinking himself.

Holly paused, heart beating furiously. She had the smallest of plans.

((**Hannah hugs her two brain cells and says "I knew we could do it guys!"**))

Shadow didn't mind the pacing, it was so like her father when he was trying to think of what to do to her.

"I know!" Evil said, and clicked his fingers together, "I know what will suit you!"

Holly hesitated for another half a second, and then took a huge risk. With Bond's eyes still closed, she darted forwards and pulled her tied up wrists down the length of the knife.
Bond's eyes snapped open, but it was too late. Holly's arms were free, with only minor cuts to show for it.
They stared at each other for a second, and then Holly grabbed the knife.

Shadow raised en eyebrow at Evil, waiting.

"B*TCH STOLE MY KNIFE!" Bond yelled.
Holly made an attempt to slash the side of the tent open and this attempt worked. Proud of herself, Holly then slashed the adjoining one, and found herself in Shadow's tent.

Shadow looked up at Holly and wagged her tail.

"Hey!" Holly said, feeling strangely elated compared to the sadness she had been feeling just moments ago.

Evil sighed without taking his eyes off Holly.
"Bond, will you come in here a minute?"
Holly didnt even look up. She carefully placed the knife near Shadow's neck, and pulled it down, in an attempt to cut the silver.

Shadow sighed as the knife had no effect on the silver.

"I imagined that working," Holly said, "Oh well, c'mon."
She hesitated and then tossed the knife at Bond. Bond, caught by surprise, had no time to react, and the knife sunk through his chest a few centimetres.

Shadow looked on with a bored expression.

Holly stared, a little worried.
Bond choked slightly and pulled the knife out, before he toppled over.
"Oops..." Holly said quietly and opened the tent flap before Evil could react.
"Shad- come on!"

Shadow loped out after Holly wolf paws quickly covering the ground.

"Not again!" Evil yelled, but instead of chasing them, he went to Bond's aid.

Holly ran for a moment and then looked back to check that the coast was clear. When she was satisfied that it was, she crouched in front of Shadow.
"Dammit...thats on pretty tight..." she commented.

Shadow nodded her head pointedly.

"I would like to take this opportunity to say, I told you so," Holly said, "I told you that Riley one was no good...."
She muttered something and fished about for a rock to hit the silver with.

Shadow sighed, sitting down.

"This must be what you feel like all the time," Holly muttered. She hit the silver with the rock. "Okay, this is not working!"

Shadow howled in rage.

"Do you want them to come and kill us?" Holly asked wildly, "No! You dont! Look, Im trying so ... shut up!"

Shadow glowered at Holly.

Holly ignored this and tried again with the rock.
"Its not coming off." she said, rougher than she meant.

Shadow sighed again and pricked up her ears as she thought she heard footsteps.

Holly froze, looking at Shadow.
"What?" she breathed.

Shadow concentrated hard, but there was nothing else to be heard.

Holly looked behind her and then all around, and then back, expectantly at Shadow.
