Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

Shadow didn't stop in time and crashed into the wall. Standing up again, she shook her head to clear the fog.

((Hahahahahhahahaha guess what i forgot again?? the next part of this :D lol shouldnt be too hard to re-think it though lmao))

Holly looked up sharply at the crash.
"Let her go." she said, and when nothing happened she said loudly, "Let. Her go."
"Not yet." Bond said, and in his mind thought, not ever, "I am under strict instructions to make sure you go through all the pain you have ever caused your enemies, before I kill you. And I am allowed to add something in of my own....."
Bond smiled nastily. In the other tent, Evil was smiling in the exact same way.

"No escape Im afraid," he said, "Did you hear that? What Bond said to the girl? Same goes for you....."
Evil grinned again.

Shadow glared up at Evil, wishing that he would remove the silver so she could kick his butt around the world and back again.

Holly wished she could untie her hands so she could punch Bond's butt around the world and back again.
Great minds think alike.
Idiots seldom differ.

ANYWAY

"At least Im not lying to you." Evil pointed out in a whisper, "Telling you your friend will be okay. I tell you the truth because I know demons are smart....humans on the other hand ... they can be tricked quite easily into believing their friends will survive...."

Shadow sighed, sitting diwn to ponder over her situation.

"Its a compliment, be happier," Evil said strolling around, "Now ... for the first form of mild torture......"

"You are now going to relive some of your memories. The best ... and the worst." Bond said to Holly, flicking his wand. A pensieve appeared.
"Its filled with your memories, that we took out when you were sleeping." he explained, and forced Holly's head into the pensieve.

Shadow sighed, rolling her liquid black eyes.

Evil flicked his wand also, and a second pensieve appeared.
"Your memories were harder to get Roth," he said grinning, and forced the wolf into the pensieve.


Holly skidded to a hault outside, still invisible.
"Shadow?" she whispered, and opened the door.
Shadow looked in the direction of the door, even though she couldn't see it.
"Mmph?" She said, before realising she had been gagged as well.
"Mmph?" Holly repeated, wondering what she was trying to say. Would it be safe to simply run in, grab Shadow and run back out again?
Assuming not Holly entered quietly, praying her invisible shield would hold.
"It's me," she whispered to Shadow.
Shadow looked up towards Holly, and hoped that no one came.
Holly took her wand out and looked up.
"Please dont expell me Hogwarts," she said, "Difindo!"
She pointed at some of the ropes binding Shadow and crouched in front of her to take off the blind fold.

Shadow fell through the pensive, and landed in very early memory of hers. Looking around, Shadow pricked her ears, hearing footsteps. She growled as Meran entered the room, pushing a younger Shadow in front of him. He cast magic over her, chanting something.
"Later in life, you will regret ever being born. Losing your voice and your age is only the beginning..." He said icily.

Holly relived some more.

".......so this has been going on since the start of term?" Riley repeated, "Woah- jeepers, werent you scared?"
"Of course not!" Holly lied, "Im Holly arent I?"
"I suppose," Riley said, not convinced.
They paused at the door Shadow had just come through.
"What's happening?" Holly breathed.
"He's wiping away her tears...." Riley said, disgusted.
"You're serious?" Holly whispered, "No way!"
"Way." Riley said nodding, "Evidently "you will give up"."
"I wont" Holly said, "At least I dont think I will."
"What was your ingenious plan Einstien?" Riley asked.
"I was thinking of ..... Raven?"
A pause.
"Raven Roth?"
"The same."
"To come here?"
"Yes."
"And help us?"
"Yes."
Another pause.
Then Riley burst out laughing.
"Good one Bris. Raven coming to help us, HA- funny!"

Shadow relived the memory of her mother's death, causing her to howl with pain and loss.

Holly was momentarily taken out of the memory.
She looked around, disorientated, and then did what she did best, and called Shadow's name.
"Not finished yet," Bond said, and plunged her head back in.

Holly relived her own parents death, which was incredibly saddening.

Shadow wrenched her mind from the memories, shielding her mind behind iron clad barriers.

"Im afraid you arent finished yet," Evil said silkily.


Bond wrenched Holly out of the pensieve.
"What's wrong with you?" he demanded, shaking her, "You should be a quivering wreck, looking at your pitifully short life!"
Holly said nothing, her own mind racing.

Shadow shook her head, hackles raised and teeth bared. The sight of her mother again reminded her of her vow never to let herself be hurt again.

"Easy wolf," Evil said, looking a little taken back, "I am under orders not to let you go quite yet. ..."
He took out his wand.
"Back in .... "


Bond sighed at the lack of communication, and pushed Holly back in.
They were in Bond's makeshift maze. Scene changed.
They were in Voldemort's manor. Scene changed.
She was young again, with a less pale face. Scene changed.
She stood outside Hogwarts, looking up and feeling finally home. Scene changed.
She bit her lip by her father's grave. Scene changed.

Shadow growled a menacing growl, advancing on Evil like a wild wolf advances on its prey.

"You're forgetting who's in charge," Evil said, through gritted teeth, and he summoned his magic and pushed it towards Shadow, hoping to knock her backwards.

Shadow crouched lower to the ground, dodging the magic.

"Okay ... moving on." Evil said, "We'll let the memories go .... "
He paced about his tent.

Bond pulled Holly out for the final time.
"Why so calm?" he asked, obviously trying to remain calm himself, "If I dont get two quivring wrecks by the end of today, Im getting killed myself!"

Shadow sat down in the centre of the tent, tail and ears twitching, face murderous.

Evil threw Shadow a filthy look before opening his cloak to produce a large metallic knife.

Bond did the exact same thing.

((*thinks desperately, and is running out of brain cells*))

Shadow didn't bother to move.

Holly looked at the knife and swallowed.
"Hurry up!" she demanded after a minute, "Im tired of waiting to die!"
"Your time will come!"

Shadow, unafraid of death, waited patiently.
