Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

"No, thank you Holly, I have a secret weapon myself." Shadow said, finally calming down and she smiled and evil smile.

"That's my girl," Holly said proudly, and she sat opposite to watch, alert in case she was needed.

"Your secret weapon iiiiis....?" Voldemort encouraged.

"RAVEN!" Shadow shouted.

The violet haired twin appeared next to her sister, also smiling evilly.

"Didn't I send you .... somwhere?" Voldemort asked, trying to remember, "And just 'by the by' you cannot overpower me."

"What if I joined in?" Holly asked.

"Still not."

"Aw."

"Watch us." Raven said. "We can bring in the rest of the cavalry."
"Pattern Beta?" Shadow said.
"Of course..."

Shadow and Raven oustretched their arms, palms touching as they ran forwards. Shadow grabbed a firmer hold of Raven's arm, and slammed on the brakes, swinging Raven in a circle before Raven launched away, towards Voldemort, in a flying kick.

"Pattern Beta, of course," Holly said rolling her eyes, "Why didn't I think of that?"
Voldemort screamed like a girl and threw his hands up to cover his face and Raven kicked him.
"LIKE, THANKS A LOT!"
"I wouldn't mind some of HER in a bagel, if you catch my drift," Jack commented.

Raven threw Jack a very dirty look as Shadow crouched to the ground and spun round, on leg outstretched to take out Voldemort's legs from under him.

Voldemort was not so good when it came to the whole 'fighting' stuff, and so was instantly knocked down.
"OI!" he yelled, "UNFAIR! THERE'S TWO OF YOU!"
Holly held up her "Go Team Shadow" sign and T-shirt.
"WOO!" she yelled happily.

Shadow watched as Raven pinned Voldemort to the ground. The two demonesses had a rather triumphant air.

"Nice job gumdrop," Holly commented, strolling around Voldemort, "High five time!"
She held her hand out expectantly.

"I think not." Raven said, her foot on Voldemort's back to keep him down.

"You just got TOLD!" Holly told Voldemort.
"You make no SENSE!" he replied in a growl, "Now if I let you go will you get OFF ME?!"

Holly turned. As expected, George and Jack had disappeared.

Shadow and Raven shook their heads in unison.

"Uh, PLEASE?!" Voldemort asked, "I forgot my manners, I apologise. Please? Please please please with sugar coated candy canes on top?"
"Do we at least win the task?" Holly asked.
"Yes, you and Shadow win the first task." Voldemort sighed.
The mystery woman entered again and smiled at them.
"Congratulations," she commented, "You are free to return to the school."

Shadow and Raven nodded, and Raven got off Voldemort.

"Yay!" Holly commented, and did a strange sort of jump.
"Congratulations," Voldemort said coldly, and strolled off.
"Yay!" Holly commented again, "Good job Raven!"

Raven nodded once, and vanished.
"Raven never did like thank yous." Shadow explained.

"Oh well," Holly said shrugging, "We winned! I mean won! You know what I mean! YAY!"
She did the jump again.
"We make a good ... sorta.... team ..."

Shadow rolled her eyes, and morphed back into a wolf.

"Back to schooling then," Holly commented, "I'll apparate."
And she did.

**Time change to ... whenever...**

Shadow felt slightly disorientated, but was glad to be back at Hogwarts.

Holly blinked several times. "The second task," she said to Shadow, "I wonder what it will be like ... easier than the first I hope."

The wolf nodded its head thoughtfully.

"I imagine it will involve water." Holly said wisely, "And something about saving something. And I imagine it will start in a couple of minutes."

Shadow howled in despair. All she wanted to do at that moment was sleep.
