Memory Lane (Shadow and Holly)

"FREAKING KIDDING ME?!" Holly repeated, before climbing out, "HOW MANY POINTS DID WE GET?!"
"The more you yell at the judge, the less points you get!" Dumbledore said.

Shadow shook herself next to the judges table, making it seem like an accident as water flew everywhere.

Feeling a little happier that the judges were wet, Holly winked at Shadow and stood next to her.
"Good job buddy," she said, and looked expectantly at Dumbledore, who was about to read out the scores, as the final team had just emerged.

Shadow sat down on the grass, hoping they would have time to go sleep now.

"The winners are," Dumbledore announced, "The red team, with nintey four points!"
George and Jack did some kind of victory dance from the corner.
"Blah blah blah," Holly muttered.
"In second place, was the black team, with eighty points."
Holly clapped once for her and Shadow's sake.
"Yaay...."

Shadow just nodded her head tiredly.

As Dumbledore announced the third place winners Holly sighed and lay back on the grass.
"I think it would be safe to sleep now..." she muttered.

Shadow nodded and put her head on her paws, drifting off almost instantly.

But Holly fell asleep sooner, and did not notice EVERYONE AT HOGWARTS DYING!

Shadow fell asleep, and the killing/dying thing didn't affect her, being of different blood and rather strong defenses.

Holly woke with a start and looked around.
The place was deserted, and pitch black.
"Shaad....?" she called worriedly.

Shadow, still sleeping peacefully, lifted one ear like a radar.

"Uh.......Where is everybody?" Holly asked bewildered, looking around.

Yawning, Shadow woke up again and stretched. She also looked around, and sat down to think about it.

"Here's my theory," Holly began, "We have been sucked into a time vortex, and this is all part of the task. This is Hogwarts yeeeears and years before and we have to find the portal to get back to the present."

Sighing, Shadow morphed back into herself and conjured up a portal.

"That was just a guess," Holly said, "I doubt it's as simple as that ... but it's nice to see your human form again! Stay like that!"

Shadow didn't answer Holly as she stepped through the portal.

"Yeah .... that's not riiiiight...." Holly called, "And TALKING TO ME MIGHT HELP!"
She sighed.
"Right, fine, I'll work it out on my own. I don't NEED you..... Okay .... Hogwarts.... I am alone .... The answer.... eh...."

"The answer is you follow me you dolt!" Shadow's voice shouted.

"Dolt?" Holly asked, eyebrows raised, "Who says that?"

"I do, now get a move on your *rse!" Shado yelled.

"That's no way to talk to your bestie," Holly said, and folded her arms, "Say sorry and I'll come."

There was silznce from the other side.

"You'll give in before I do," Holly promised, and sat down on a rock to make her point.
